Called up yesterday to get some tyres sorted for my vehicle. To say the customer service was outstanding is an understatement. Jason went above and beyond to acquire prices and provide advice on a range of products. Possibly the most professional interaction I’ve had in a number of years and what I would describe as the gold standard for what customer service ought to be. Car was able to have tires fitted literally the next day. Dylan and Deepak also presented in both my interactions with them as highly professionally and friendly. The team at Bob Jane Moonah is to be commended for the best customer service I’ve seen in years.

Rang for new tyres and they quoted the best price and could do them the next day. The service was outstanding even put the seat placement back to my position. Will only buy tyres from here in future they made me feel so welcome.

Great customer service and products. They were very helpful when we got a new set of tyres for our 4WD and they price matched like they adversetise which was a nice bonus.

Bought a Hilux with a clean pre-sale inspection aside from a bald tire. Had two fitted at Bob Jane T-Marts Moonah and got a flat a few hours later. Had to rotate the tires around because the spare was smaller and the flat was at the front. By the time I got to my destination, it had developed a suspension issue. A rear leaf spring bushing had let go. It cost $460 to fix. When I went to get the tire plugged, the mechanic found it wasn't even punctured, the valve stem simply wasn't installed correctly. While I can't blame the tire for the suspension issue as it could have been caused by the smaller spare or just be a coincidence, you'd think after spending over $600 on two new tires you could drive for a few hours without getting a flat.Edit - The end result of the investigation - a further apology for the inconvenience. Thanks for looking into it Jason!

Friendly staff, great service, easy to deal with over the phone. New tyres fitted on time with no fuss. Highly recommend. Better than the rude manager at the Hobart B.J. Store.

I have had two recent dealings at Bob Jane Moonah. The staff are very competent, friendly and nothing is a problem. It is becoming increasingly difficult to receive customer service at this level. Highly recommended

Good service and they are really quick. My 4 tyres and wheel alignment was done in under an hour. The front office guys were super helpful and honest. Would use them for future tyre purchases. Good after sale services too.

The customers service team is very friendly, mannered and they understand the need of customers especially Deepak. Deepak recommended me perfect tyres for my car. Technicians did a very great job. I will not think of going anywhere else apart from this store for any tyre related services.
