Amazing service. I booked in to do my hazard perception test on the phone and the lady accidentally booked me in at a time that they couldn’t do it. Even though it was booked at the wrong time they still let me sit the test and get my license even though it was very busy. Staff very friendly.

My 18 year old grandson who has autism and dyslexia went to the Mount Barker office to obtain his proof of age card. He had money he saved to pay for this but he was told they would not take cash only a card which he does not have. He was handed the form and when he said he needed help because he couldn't read he was told they wouldn't help because he couldn't get the card because he only had cash. Shame on this office. It is discriminating to have no service for a person who has no card but only cash. There are many reasons why a person cannot use a card.

1 star for management that decided to not accept your money, legal tender known as cash. Not many businesses could afford to refuse payment. Typical lack of service provided by government these days.

Friendly staff with quick response! We were there on a busy Friday morning as Optus data breach issue and a flood of customers came in to replace their driver's licenses. But the team remains efficient in handling each client's application!
