Crocs Playcentre Pakenham

The centre needs better cleaning regimes. Arrived 30mins from opening and the tables were so dirty and not used anymore that we struggled to find one decent one. Where we used to go, place had white socks policy which meant that if you wear white socks they still be white after end of the play. Here unfortunately that will not happen. Mainly because the shoes off in play area is not being followed up by adults and not supervised by staff.And those screeching children today - should’ve been asked to stop - by staff if parents didn’t react. But the little one had fun for about 40mins so not total disaster.Bouncy castle / crocodile needs more air cause it is not bouncy at all

We celebrated our son's 7th birthday at Crocs Pakenham. Rachel's team, including Olivia and others, did a fabulous job with the arrangements for the Disco party. The premises were clean and well maintained.We had around 18 kids and their parents, and the entire event was managed seamlessly. The food served to both kids and their parents was of high quality and the hosts took care of everyone’s need with the utmost care. This goes without saying, the kids enjoyed thoroughly.We are extremely happy with the service at this centre and would highly recommend for your kids' party needs!!

Great service and friendly staff. Entry prices are good value and the food menus are well priced. Large kids snapper meals are a good quick meal. The play area is also segregated into age appropriate spaces. They have one for toddlers/babies (under 4), a medium sized jumping castle and then a large or big kids play park. A great venue to take the kids!

We stopped coming here years ago but decided to bring my 3 kids today and see if things had improved. Their ages span all 3 play areas.We arrived just as the doors opened for the day and the toddler area is dirty, baby area has broken toys and I don't know what's going on with their slides but they're just not letting the kids slide down them, the kids are just sticking to them. Could be the weather but we were at Lollipops yesterday and they had no problem there.Half the things in the ball/air play area aren't working properly either.My youngest has an allergy to sunlight, we're limited with places we can go and play safely and this experience really disappointing.

People and staff are friendly. My daughter enjoyed her time there

Baby area needs improvement, the toys are broken and boring. You could make it much better without spending much.Menus were super dirty and need a good clean.Coffee was great though, and the centre is nice.. just needs more cleaning.

First time taking my daughter with her cousin and uncle. We absolutely loved it and had a ball. Thank you for the hard work you put into the centre for all the families and their children to have fun.

Playground seemed fine but the tables were really dirty. It definitely needs some cleaning.

Crocs Pakenham .DO NOT recommend .Went this week with my Grandson.Only one staff memeber in building. She was left to cook serve etc .A child urinated in ball area (accidents happen) no one cleaned it up and was left to dry on mats .No supervision from staff or parents . Big kids in small childrens area .Equipment damaged . Floors filthy .Recommend travelling to other play centres.
