Car Towing Melbourne - Brunswick Yard

This guy is the best. I explained that Coles express wouldn't let me keep my car there for more than 2 hours. Dude came within 40 mins after I told him that. When he came I stood back whilst he did everything. He was even kind enough to let me ride with him most of the way home, I jumped out just before he took it to the mechanics. From Coles Express Brunswick to mechanics on Leo st Fawkner, I paid well below what other drivers quoted me. That's why I picked him. Hopefully my car won't need it again but I'd definitely recommend him and re-use his services. Good guy. Friendly. On time and made sure I got somewhere safe after being stranded without a car. Thank you brother, much appreciated.

My car was broken down all the way out past near beaufort and Alex was so kind in our communications and very professional. He managed to get my car that had broken down due to an oil leak and swiftly tow it back to my place in Bayswater which was incredible. I was feeling incredibly concerned as I thought I might get ripped off as I didn’t have any experience in getting my car towed however, he was so down to earth and was an incredible communicator throughout the process which helped to alleviate my stresses and fears. His prices are incredible and I would highly recommend Alex if you want a professional to tow your car and to do a stellar job. If they had more stars, I would give him more but he is a 5 star plus service.

Alex picked my car up from near Ballarat and brought it to Ringwood for me all safe and sound, he even brought my spare door (for parts for my car) in the back of his truck. He kept me up to date with texts and drove my car into the garage for me and carried the spare door down to the garage too (it would have been too heavy for me) Alex is awesome and I will use his tow service again if I ever need a car towed! Honestly one of the best experiences and services I have had, I had lost my car key and needed to get it to the mechanic to get it fixed up anyways(talk about timing of losing a car key right before the servicing), but he was quick and prompt to reply but also tow the car. He was flexible and worked around me regarding timings, and towed my car from balwyn to the nearest dealership without me having to go there as well. Sent me photos of when it was towed and when he let it down of the truck just for assurance as well. He even let me speak to the dealership through his phone as well. Charged a good price for a tow and honestly would give more stars if I could. A+ job
