Incredible service in Mansfield! Ordered late last night. Delivery early this morning. So appreciated with two small kids in the middle of winter.

Elgas Wodonga a Local company that sadly doesn't Care, doesn't follow up and leaves you cold.

Wodonga Elgas are fantastic! However I’ve just had the most horrific experience with the customer service guy in Melbourne! I have run out of gas over the weekend which means we don’t have heating, and I have inquired about getting some gas sent out to us ( paying for the emergency trip), but was advised that because the truck could not access the property previously ( gates were locked as we we’re travelling o/s) they would not come out!!!!!! The trucks were meant to send an sms prior to delivery and this didn’t occur.Wodonga Elgas have been fantastic, arranged for trucks to deliver next week. In the meantime the melbourne customer service guy has been appalling!!!!!!!!!! No customer service! All too hard! Couldn’t care less. !!!!! Customer service and after hours services are in place for a reason - to help customers solve issues not palm them off!!! I’m upset and unhappy now having to find alternate accommodation to keep my family warm!

Got our new service connected, being new to bottles Kerry from the Wodonga branch was so helpful and explained everything. We have so far had 2 deliveries and they have been nothing short of perfect. Thanks guys...so nice to have great customer service.

Elgas Wodonga is appalling. The lady there is one of the rudest women l have ever felt with. They are a very unorganised company branch here. Again we have has run out of gas as they can't sort out their scheduling of delivery and run a skeleton staff. Good luck if you choose this office for your energy needs, you will need it!
