Great place,great staff and all very helpful.I bought a AGM battery for the car fridge and a few weeks later bought 2 lithium and solar blanket for my caravan and a another lithium and blanket and dc2dc charger for my daughter's caravan.gret price and very helpful with information to install daughter's set up.I would and I have recommended Ballarat Batterys to anyone.

Phenomenal service from start to finish. The battery in our spare car was ancient, and I knew that one day it would die a spontaneous and unglorified death - that day was today.I priced up replacement options beforehand then called Ballarat Battery Service. They were on the money with the price of comparable batteries, and delivered and installed for free.About half and hour after picking up the phone I had a new battery in the car with a three year warranty, at a very reasonable price.The installer was friendly and professional, and took care to preserve the radio stations/ECU map/etc by keeping power to the car during replacement.An impressive operation!

Travelling from Geelong to Adelaide for a long-awaited weekend away over Labour day weekend. Our car battery died after a stop in Ballarat. We called at BBS at 5.10pm and by about 5.30pm, a very helpful staff member (I want to say Todd- sorry forgot name) turned up to replace battery. Unfortunately, due to a miscommunication or an error with battery database info, the battery provided was too small for my car. It worked but wouldn't be ideal for my model of Suzuki. Todd" replaced battery

Highly recommend! Best customer service of any shop I’ve been to, Nick even made me a coffee while I waited! Best price and quality I could find, they now have an auto elec too who installed a dash cam for me at a low price! Very happy definitely will be returning.

Travelling from Tassie and needed new cable installed for caravan rear vision camera. Another auto elec said he couldn’t help for 1 1/2 weeks. Ryan fit me into his busy work schedule and had it all sorted within 1 1/2 hours. Great customer service by a top tradie. Much appreciated and highly recommended.
