We recently decided to sell our home through the real estate firm. We are young family of 4 so wanted a smooth and relatively stress free process. Matt and the team really made things easy. They explained the process throughly from costs, listing through to offers and conditions. The photo process was also second to none with absolute care and education to making our house present well for sale. It sold in the first 24 hours it was listed with multiple offers and we can’t thank Matt and the team enough for their professionalism and care with our most valuable asset!

Matt was a great partner during the sale of my property.The thing that struck me as better than other agents was that Matt was a true partner during the whole sale process. He worked with me and guided me through the steps. From preparations for the sale, to advertising, to searching for buyers, to home opens and to the final settlement. He was open about my price expectations, guided me to sell at a realistic price and helped negotiate over a few weeks without losing the buyer. I am an investor based interstate and Matt provided personal attention and handled things in QLD that I had trouble attending to. Definitely would recommend.

Totally professional, trustworthy and hard-working. Our property was marketed perfectly. Sold in less than 2 months. I wouldn't use anyone else to sell and now they also manage our investment property. With internet as a sales tool, you don't need to become a number for the bigger RE companies to sell. All my dealings with The Real Estate Firm have been nothing other than truly exceptional. Quarterly inspections are happening on time, every time and they are ensuring that there is clear communication from the tenant to the owner which ensures a positive relationship from all parties. No request is too difficult as the job just gets done and all payments are completed on time. I wish I could’ve dealt with the Real Estate Firm years ago as its taking the stresses out of owning an investment property.
