Thank you from Cesar for taking care of him during his photo shoot. He didn’t like the flash from the camera, but our photographer was understanding and came up with creative ways to get Cesar comfortable with the camera.

I won the mother's day package and was very happy with the pics.. the photographer Jacinda was absolutely awesome.. the experience was relaxed and fun..I was also able to include my mum and dad with my son..I'm so happy with my photos, precious memories..

Absolutely amazing photographer - Jacinta was great with our 2 year old boy !! The morning was great with the photo shoot and then a private viewing of all the lovely photos that were taken.Will definitely be coming back here for more family photos ❤️❤️

I still can't get over this extremely bad 'SALES' experience with GAP studios.My fiance and I 'Won' a free photoshoot. We drove an hour to get to the studio and the photographer Jacinta did a great job with making us feel comfortable and good.The sales lady 'Liz' was so extremely pushy that within a few minutes she kept trying to sell us the high packages of thousands of dollars. She did not mention the complimentary photo at all. That didn't exist in her books. We must and shall choose one of the expensive packages. We felt extremely pushed in a corner, my fiancé turned completely red, she made the worst sales comments I've ever heard. ''People buy expensive phones to take nice photos and you don't want to spend that money for this'. Also, 'You have to decide NOW as your photos will be deleted immediately after your visit'. We both felt so sad, we truly wanted to buy a package but it was well over our budget. We def have been mistreated.My fiancé explained to her that at this stage he could not afford thousands of dollars just before our wedding. Also we already had our engagement photos taken. The moment that we said we would not like to go ahead, her behavior became worse, didn't look into our faces and wanted us to leave immediately. I had to bring up the complimentary photo instead. She nearly talked to us and charged $25 for express post. - This is bottom line illegal as express post in Aus cost $11.95 not $25.We definitely would LOVE to take professional photos again in the future and pay GOOD money for it, but we will NEVER come back to do this through GAP studios. It left a very very very bad impression.If you really want returning / happy customers, don't fool people with 'You Won a free Photoshoot'. You create more haters than lovers with this campaign.Please reach out to me if you wish to have a chat.

Such a beautiful and professional experience with Jacinda capturing our Otto n Pippa. Jacinda was able to capture both of our pup’s personalities with ease. The photo viewing experience with Liz, was the perfect finish for our time at Gap. Liz, was patient, knowledgeable and helped us pick our perfect picture.

Brilliant experience! We had such fun doing the shoot - Jacinda really put our kids at ease and brought out their smiles and giggles! The photos themselves look stunning. 100% would recommend!

Welcoming team! The photographer was amazing with my high energy 2 & 4 yr old, it was a seamless shoot, captured my kids effortlessly gorgeous raw images, reasonable prices and friendly homely environment, kids were entertained over the 2 hours they were there. Amazing experience makes it worth doing again!
