Absolutely no one else around yet had to wait almost 10 minutes at the waiting bay for my drive-thru order to arrive. No apologies for the wait and the worst coffees ever made. This place needs to close. They don't compare in customer service nor quality to any of the other Maccas around. Consider going to to Eastern Creek or Third Ave Maccas instead of here. It'll be worth the extra few minutes drive.

Disgraceful customer service. Unprofessional and rude. Females don't have their hair tied up so it's going in the food. The toilets are filthy. I would give zero stars if possible. Avoid this place if possible.

Very bad experience with the service , today4th ofmay at exactly 3 pm, young guy , im in front of the counter for 15 minutes no one care to ask or get my order, this young guy wen to the coltans assisted his 2 friends and they chat away whe he came back with friends, he straight away took their order and just like I don’t exist after he served his friends he just left and ignored me This is how arroythis guy who served McDonald on that time, very prostrating. They are not customers focus , obviously needs more extensive training and need to educate, otherwise this ruined McDonald’s reputation

Worst MacDonald's experience ever. We stopped here on the way to Canberra, and I wish we didn't.The food was stale and disgusting. There was a crushed cocroach on the ground. The men's bathroom was flooded with the water from urinal. No wonder it has such a low rating. MacDonald's brand is damaged in my view.

The food was absolutely disgusting, despite there being only like 10 other customers in the entire store our food was completely cold and stale. The burgers were disgusting, the bacon on the bacon Angus looked like it had been cooked a week ago, it was soaked with sauce. The spicy chicken was discoloured, dry, and tasted like cardboard. A simple cheeseburger which should not be that hard was completely just squashed and discoloured again. The nuggets were cold and dry. All drinks were flat. The only good things were the frappe, and a few of the fries we bought.After going in and getting the manager (taylah) to come out and look, she was extremely rude and condescending. She blamed everyone except herself about the food. And admitted to the bacon being old. The state of the store was disgusting with rubbish all over the ground and stuff spilling out of the bin.

The staff at the restaurant with blonde hair is very rude. Refuse to give me delivery as a uber driver. Never had this experience before. Such a disgusting experience. Hope i never get another delivery from this store. Wasted a hour. As a business, i don't think this store is going to progress with such bad-behaving staff.

Attempted to give benefit of the doubt, but this is the worst Maccas. Surprised they’re still open. Actually disgusting, extremely slow service and the food is never fresh. It’s dry, cold and someone even BIT into my food ?? Why
