Jag kitchen installed our new kitchen, and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result. The finished product looks exactly as we had envisioned, and all the hardware - including hinges, drawer runners, and catches - are of high quality and equipped with soft-close features.Throughout the entire process, Joe, the site supervisor, impressed us with his professionalism, attention to detail, and consistent updates. We recently worked with Jag for all our home joinery for our new home and finished the project in June (2023). We had the absolute best experience working with Jim on designing and bringing to life our visions and then working on site with Tony and Joe who were absolutely fantastic. I recently chose Jag to design and install my new kitchen. Every stage of the process was carefully planned, with excellent communication throughout. I’m very happy with my kitchen and everyone was extremely professional and a breeze to work with. All was completed as promised and on time. I would highly recommend Jag.

They installed all kitchen and bathroom.The quality is poor.The basin top peel off after 6 months use and they denied to replace it.They want me avoid water on it.That's the basin top where to wash.It's ridiculous.

I recently had a Jag kitchen, walk in robe and laundry designed by Sofie and installed by Joe's team. Joe went above and beyond his job description to help and ensure that things worked smoothly. I really appreciate the communicativeness and customer service from Joe and JAG as I did not receive this with different trades I had with the other elements of my renovation. The cabinetry is fantastic and I am extremely happy. I would like to also say I went to several cabinet makers and companies who either didn't call me back or were not at customer service oriented. Highly recommend JAG and their price tag is worth it with the after sale service and install. Thank you Joe and Sofie.

Used this company as kitchen joinery for my house when my builder recommended.Initially there were some hiccups as the Initial designer didn’t do proper work /did somewhat unsatisfactory work .And there were few damages when they installed - kitchen island & a bit of fixing to do with some cupboards etcAnd had to give few follow up calls over few months to get all fixed ..But when Natasha got involved , everything went smoothly. And the team that came for the 3 months maintenance work did excellent work . Also the paint touch up by Danny was superb work.Thank you

It was great working with the JAG team on this project and special mention to Simon Petrou who was instrumental during the design phase and a pleasure to work with. after a short 4-week sales campaign, with over 15 couples through the doors each open and 8 serious offers, we have now unconditionally sold the property, one of the reoccurring compliments to the house was the generous and detailed joinery throughout the home and I strongly believe this helped in generating overwhelming interest in the property.Looking forward to working with the Jag team and Simon again on our next development opportunity.

The designer did an amazing job and we got lots of features that we love and we're putting in our new house. The wide drawers under the main island bench are too wide for two people to use the space at the same time (we're constantly moving out of the way to open the drawers).If the quality of the install matched the quality of the design we'd give it five stars but it was installed in a rush by one person and they cut corners (literally where two pieces of bench meet and now fill with dirt) to make it fit in time. There's no review service where they follow through and ask what has worked and what hasn't.

Worked with one of the JAG designers, Soraya, on our nee kitchen. Her attention to detail and professionalism was outstanding. We are so happy with our end product and the installation team were fantastic.
