Courier was amazing. Wasn't home when they tried to deliver, so actually called to find out what they wanted me to do. Offered to leave with neighbour, offered to drop it to me if I was working close bye. Sadly I wasn't good with any of these options so opted for the card and will arrange pickup/re-delivery later, but it was surprising to actually get a call with options rather than just automatically get carded. Next day got a follow up call asking if I wanted to rearrange delivery/organise it to be picked up.

As a customer dealing with this freight organisation was an exceptionally trying experience. I was contacted by the delivery driver who was unable to deliver to my selected address despite the office confirming it was ok on the phone the day prior. The driver had no interest in trying to help me resolve the issue and was rude, unhelpful and uncooperative. Businesses are better to stick with Australia Post. I receive the majority of my deliveries via Australia Post and speaking as a customer, the service cannot be beaten.

Was ok, could have delivered 2-3days earlier but it seemed they waited for the earlier mentioned maximum time frame for delivery, also it's clearly evident that few cartons got wet and one carton got damaged during the transport, they just wrapped up cartons with more wrap and delivered but no mention of the damage occurred

One of the worst I have ever felt withDelivered a palate from QLD to PerthAnd got damage of about 2k didn't hear a word from them, had to get home open only to discover that everything was broken, and i thought DHL was badA massive lost for me
