DPC Demolition & Salvage

I have had used DPC a few times, the service and price and quality all been great. David and the team are very efficient and easy to approach. This house was a bit of hard work for David and his team that we couldn't have a confirmed date for meter box removal, and a very tight deadline from council... not to complicate this, we have a very tough neighbor who constantly abusing DPC contractors... but David and his team was very reasonable and understanding to help me to remove meter box, arrange time that meets council requirement.... and dealt with neighbour nicely... cant say enough thankyou to David and his team, will definitely use them again and again. beyond 5 stars...

Very impressed with the way they work i had them next door to me doing a demo of a house after they finished one of the guys came over and asked if i wanted him to wash down our cars due to the dust .you don't get that to often well done guys . Oh and my fence is still standing .

It's our first time demolishing a house, but they never made us feel stupid and guided us through the process, from quote to finish. The job was excellent; even our builder commented on how perfect the block looked after demolition. They met their quote, which was competitive, and we didn't have any nasty surprises. Quote was very reasonable. David inspected the site personally to make an assessment and clarify any details. The demolition happened on time (early in fact) and was conducted in an efficient and professional manner. The machinery operator was clearly very experienced. He called me to clarify actions as needed (in my case there was a problematic concrete plinth along a fence line). Site was left very clean. I would not hesitate to use DPC again or recommend them to others.

DPC were among the cheapest quotes we received, and had very friendly and helpful office staff (Tris). The job was delayed, but that is understandable given how close it was to Christmas. Thanks guys.

The job was done in the required time frame and the block was left in a reasonable state for the builder. After some time my next door neighbor presented me with bills totally almost $2000 for damage to her property done by DPC including damage to the front fence, damaged paving due to a wall caving into her property, things I was not told about, my neighbor had photos, so there was no dispute, DPC said they brushed the fence, they in fact drove into it. When I contacted DPC they refused to go back to site and fix the problems, because they said they gave me a good price, I guess that means they can damage what they like. I had to fix the damage myself at my cost. Good and prompt to knock down a house and cheap, but don't expect any service after you pay your bill. I suggest you are on site yourself with a camera, and do not pay your bill until you are satisfied. 4 stars for the work 0 stars for after sales service.

The entire experience was amazing it was interesting to watch how skillfully this monstrous machine was maneuvered and yet with such delicate precision. The excavator driver really knew how to control his machine. The service was completed within the estimated time frame and the property was left in excellent condition. Used David Pica and the team at DPC Demolition to demolish our house. His communication was absolutely amazing answered all the questions . Pricing was very fair and they did the job on time and were very very professional from start to finish. If you need a house knocked down give these guys a go.
