My order was ready in 24 hours!! A polite and professional service with, real old fashion SERVICE, from a knowledgeable man and a very pleasing result. I couldn't recommend them more highly. A1!!

I had the pleasure of meeting John and the Stone Factory team earlier this year when I went to source stone for my kitchen bench top. From the outset I was very impressed with the outstanding selection of stone and John's huge knowledge and great eye for colour and style. He was so helpful in my decision making process. Being a large outlay of money my choice was one I would be living with for years to come and I needed to get it right! He saw my photos of the kitchen and was so helpful in assisting me to select a stone that tied in beautifully with the cabinetry as well as fitting in my budget. The decision was made, the bench was installed, everything went smoothly and it looks absolutely amazing! The service supplied by the whole team throughout the process was second to none. The renovations have continued throughout the house and I have just gone back to the Stone Factory for my marble floor tiles for 3 bathrooms, laundry and outdoor areas as well as new hearths for our two fireplaces. Again John's service, professionalism and quality has been fabulous. He has been extremely patient with me and helped me choose the most stunning tiles that flow with the rest of the house (within my budget too) I highly recommend John and his team for supplying exceptional quality, service and professionalism. I will be coming back for all of my future renovations without a doubt!

We are so lucky to know and to work with John. He has lots of experiences and gave us honest advice. He is very devoted to customers. I sent him an email on Sunday night, expected the following day he would get back to me. Surprisingly, I received his response just after half an hour! I couldn't believe it. He installed a kitchen bench top for us. He did it very quick and professionally. Not only me but also everyone in my family are very happy. His business is highly recommended!

We live well outside the Greater Sydney area and needed a stonemason to take delivery of a long section of a 30 mm marble slab from a Sydney supplier, then cut, hone and finish a bench top to accommodate a new sink and then deliver and install it. So it was a tricky small job, and always the risk that the bench top with a large cutout would snap during transportation. We cannot thank John enough for the work he did. He answered our many questions promptly, and gave us honest advice against his own interest when costs and logistics started to become problems. He worked with our kitchen installer to make sure the bench top travelled to us securely, followed up of his own accord with the Sydney supplier when the supplier failed to deliver an additional piece to be finished as a splash back and then drove across Sydney to collect it for us at no cost to us us. We would not hesitate to ask him to work with us again. He gave us so much care and attention for this little job that many would have rejected as too tricky/ too small and not worth their while. The marble has been beautifully finished and a perfect fit (we can't stop running our hands over it, it feels fantastic !) A HUGE thank you to John, his dedicated son Chris & the hard working team who worked with us every step of the way to create not only a stunning kitchen but also a spectacular powder room, outdoor pool bathroom as well as two ensuites and an upstairs bathroom. After presenting John with our sample tiles, he made excellent stone colour selections that enabled our bathrooms to be was uniquely customized. As for our kitchen, well it truly is the masterpiece of our home, thanks to John’s advice about our AC stone bench top. John is a genuine stone mason who shows so much passion for this industry. We are so happy!
