Used to be one of my favourite healthy-ish take away meal options, however, recent changes in staff have left me with consistently mistaken orders, scraps of salad on my Subways and frankly rude customer service. Really sad to see as I really love Subway, but I can't rate a place that somehow manages to mess up a simple sandwich more than this.Hoping it gets better soon, because at this rate I'm considering finding another place for some good takeaway

Haven't had a subway for years.Wanted a quick lunch so I ordered some chicken melt thing with salad.A bit daunting placing an order when aren't well versed in the available options.But the roll itself was well made and tasted delicious.I'll be back again soon.

I would have given no stars if I had option. I would just say don't buy from this store. I just bought my fresh sub and when I was eating, a live fly came out of it. It is so disgusting and unhygenic. I would just ask anyone who is buying or ordering from this store to be very careful before buying.I would also like to draw the attention of health authorities to take a look on the maintenance of hygyne in the store.

Normally I'd love Subway however this encounter was not great. Subway had run out of bread and a bunch of toppings. The night staff explained that the morning staff did not flag these concerns prior to the late shift. We also ordered online however were not called to be notified of the missing ingredients, instead we came in and they replaced it with smaller wraps. Normally great but staff just need to be aware of their stocks.

ordered on doordash. order completely wrong. called the store to have the guy on the phone completely ignore everything I was saying and hang up on me. useless employees and food quality severely lacking. avoid this restaurant.

Slowest subway I've ever been to, two people in front of me in the line, no air con so was hot as balls and from walking in to getting my sandwich it took 35 minutes. The staff were moving in slow motion like they were asleep. 1pm and they refused to fill up the food containers just horrible experience

Having a good experience in this restaurant is so rare that when it happens you’ll actually be shocked, somehow every-time you’re there they do something so stupid you’ll be thinking to yourself about how even you could’ve done it better than that. a lazy job for lazy people and that’s exactly who they’ve hired.

Easily the worst Subway in Darwin. Have been (Mistakenly?) Over-charged more than a couple of times and they always give the bare minimum in ingredients. Ordered 2 large salads with barely a handful of ingredients in both (Two slices of tomato and two slices of cucumber in each). Avoid this place if you can. Nightcliff Subway is way better.

Some staff are friendly and most capable but have had too many times were I have seen them check someone out at the till with their gloves on. Handle money then go directly to making people's sandwiches with the same gloves. I have had to ask a few times for them to put on new gloves and they don't see. To understand what the problem is. Better training and management required.

I’ve always gone to get subway here from living nearby and today I witnessed something I wished to have never seen. There were dead flies inside the glass of where the food were, something no one wants to see next to where their food would be served and worse, inside their sandwiches.I wish for the management of this business to read this review and do something about this.I love this business and I’ve always come to get sandwiches from here. I also wish to come back soon but not to be faced with unhygienic food conditions like what I witnessed today.While you’re at it, please vacuum the floor and wipe the chairs and tables.TaHonestCustomer here.
