I’ve had really bad experiences in the past with different companies so I was quite surprised by the way the whole process was handled by Prime Bond Cleaning. They cleaned everything perfectly and I managed to get my bond recovered after their clean.

Usually I don't put reviews but this company impressed me by all ways so I'm dropping one. Just got my full bond back which is usually don't the case when you book bond cleaning companies. I heard about this company from my friend and I really appreciate the suggestion. They were so polite and made the booking easier with just one email. I will use this company again as well.

They are a team of full of very hardworking people. I appreciate the work they did for us making the place look brand new again. Floor tiles were shining, everything looked like it was sparkling! I will definitely use their services again and will recommend them to everyone.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with this team. I booked them for a bond clean this morning and they showed up and immediately began working on the house. Came home after five hours and the house was immaculate, the carpets were clean, and the whole place smelt amazing!I could not be happier with their service.

Got my full bond refunded. Our dirty house walls looked like freshly painted once they were done with the property. We are extremely happy we hired these guys. There were some extra charges for blinds but considering the job these guys did we happily added a tip as well on top of that. They even deal with real estate directly for any minor fix-ups which can make the whole process seamless. We never had any issues with this company. Been dealing with them for years now and always got our full bond refund. There had been some minor issues which can be expected as bond cleaning is a big job but they provide 7 days guarantee and do a free of cost visit to fix up the issues after realestate inspection. Happy with Gill and his team. They are very easy to deal with and for the same standard of service I will always be a loyal customer.

I want to preface this by saying that I think I've only given one negative review before this, for a restaurant that was overpriced. I am a small business owner and know that these reviews can be damaging, but I really feel this has to be out there. I wanted some time to pass before I left my review so I could just post the facts without emotion.I engaged this mob for a deep clean of an apartment for an aging family member. The unit was VERY dirty, and I made that clear. I was quoted a price over the phone for a deep clean, I asked specifically if that included windows and steam cleaning the carpets, and was told that it did. Over the phone I was asked for my email address so they could send a confirmation, and the date for the clean was set for the following week. I never received and email confirmation.It was my mistake going ahead without having received anything in writing. The cleaner arrived 3 hours late, and I began to get suspicious when 'Gill asked for payment BEFORE the service had even begun
