School Locker

Went in thinking this isnt going to be the best experience with getting school clothes for my son going into year 7.After a matter of minutes we were meet by a lovely lady who guided us through the correct school isle and after looking at my son up and down produce all the clothes required at the correct size.Off to the change room we trotted for the fitting then 5 minutes later at the cashiers and greeted again by great customer service.Within 15 minutes we were back in the car headng home we a fresh school outfit.What would be a difficult job at this time of year it didnt reflect towards us we had a great experince keep up the amazing work and we will see you all again over the coming years.Keep up the awesome work

Shocking customer service by a young brunette lady, Was giving false information and was not helpful at all. Staff need training. Complaint has been made

Great music section! Very good prices on Instruments, Amps, recording gear, Guitar effects pedals, lots of accessories like Strings, tuners, Etc. Pretty much everything for Guitar players. Good range from very affordable to High-end instruments. Have bought three guitar pedals there in the past week, prices better than anywhere. Nice staff too.

Got a good deal on a MacBook, they also offer lots of apple and student pricing.Big range of music, will be going there whenever I need guitar strings and cables. Definitely not just for schools though. Staff are very knowledgeable in their sections.

Nikita was exceptional in her service today . Very polite and most helpful not mention patient.

I went to purchase some shoes for my son and asked a staff member for a particular type.She then said they didn't have that style in stock but I could see it clearly on the shelf! I continued browsing and showing my son some shoes that he may like. I felt like we were being watched as if we were going to steal something,as a staff member was just standing around the corner peeping at us holding onto a shelf ,like a creep,but not offering help. When we walked away...empty handed...they followed us towards the front and just stood there. A very strange and uncomfortable shopping experience. I don't recommend and won't return.

Honestly the rudest staff. Just spent over 20 minutes in an empty store and not one of the FOUR staff could be bothered to see if I needed help. They were far too busy talking. I HATE that we’re forced to buy uniforms from such an unprofessional store. If I could go anywhere else I would. Don’t buy anything else except uniforms as it’s such a rip off.

Young kids working there (which is fine) but older staff member being impatient and not helping them with a computer error, whilst customers are standing there causing a huge line up, no apology or anything from senior staff member. Also the uniforms and stock display are mess and unorganised. Stressful place to shop.

No click and collect offeredHalf the designs for backpacks pencil cases etc not available, staffs reply is we are constantly getting new stock just keep checking.Would be alright if you could check out from the website.Uniforms is the same hit and miss they can't seem to tell you when but that they will be restocking.I appreciate the place for what it is trying to do but honestly would not of bothered if I didn't have the vouchers for back to school, more variety at other shops and they offer click and collect.Ended up having to go best and less for the school shorts and skirts.
