I am truly incredibly blessed to work with Flair and Fine Care. I joined Flair and Fine Care in March 2022, and since then, I haven't looked back. I'm promoted as a Sales Officer in just eight months. Dear Huma and Ramna, You’ve been an exceptional leader, you inspire every team member and make sure we aim for the best to serve our clients. Flair & Fine Care has multicultural support workers that are well-trained, qualified and experienced to assist people with disabilities as needed in activities like shopping, going to a café, taking appointments or community activities, swimming, art class, libraries, music or dancing class, men's sheds, etc.I look forward to work with Flair & Fine Care in the future to serve people with disabilities and be a part of the winning team. Huma is a wonderfully kind person who helped me find the correct path for my friend with a sight disability. She was very calm, knowledgable and knew which person was available to help. Huma did this with no financial payment, caring above and beyond to make me feel better and to help someone she did not know through a very difficult process. Huma helped restore my faith in people. I would like to express how comforting it is to finally at my mature age of 60 be able to be involved with such an all embracing company.I have always believed that a work culture is identified by its management, and in Flair and Care as a disability support organisation it is identified by its entire workforce who have followed management leadership caring roles.The daily work requirements with our varied client base demands a high skillset which brings out the best in all of us.The empathy and support provided by support workers to our lovely clients is initiated by example of our management.I am so fortunate to have stumbled into this work only recently during challenging pandemic times.
