Gordon Blatch assisted our business with signing a commercial lease and agreed to terms on behalf of the owner who later raised breach notices. Gordon also assured that the tenancy was leak free but imediately within moving in there was severe water problems with the slab, walls and roof. As a result equipment was damaged and our business reputation severely affected. Gordon had managed the prior tenancy and given how severe the issues were he must have known about it. In total our business lost over $22,000 in damages and unrecovered bond. Our business was evicted , suffered huge loss of income and irreprabale harm was done to our reputation. All of which stems from Gordons careless representation upon negotiating the lease and not being upfront about the units condition and history. We will be pursuing this matter in court.

We decided to engage Kris and Gordon to sell our commercial properties after having a business relationship for many years based on their experience and knowledge of the local area.
