iPhone users who are experiencing problems, look no further. I took my phone from into Telcoworld and they fixed it! Previously I was told that the phone is not repairable so I am extremely happy! Frankly, it was a miracle. The job they did brought my phone back to a functional status and enabled me to save precious data that was endangered of being lost permanently. It has been almost a month since the repair and my iPhone is functioning without a hitch. Excellent job!!

This place was recommended to me by a friend. I took my iphone here after struggling with 2 other repair places to fix it. The guys at Telcoworld did a fantastic job, beyond what I had expected. Very fast and efficient service and very reasonably priced. They even managed to fix my laptop when I told them I had issues with it. A+ job! Highly recommended to anyone!

They are the best. Could not find anyone in Australia that was able to fix my Xiaomi phone. Even the agents told me they were not equipped to repair my phone as it had not been purchased from them. Telcoworld were extremely responsive and had my phone up and going within 36 hours. They had the spares and the engineering expertise to get it repaired. Their repair price was very reasonable and they even managed to get it fixed without losing any data. Highly recommend them for their service, expertise and friendliness.

Do NOT use this company. They were extremely aggressive in selling a product, calling non-stop for weeks. Unsurprisingly, as soon as a product was purchased, they failed to install the products properly, leaving our phones unable to take calls. They were suddenly conveniently unavailable all the time, meaning I could never get support from them. Now my business is unable to take calls which has severely affected us. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - this is a strong warning.

These guys are the absolute bomb! I dropped my phone and broke my screen on my iPhone 6. It was useable for a couple of days before it became useless today at 4.40pm, no touch response. I called these guys at 4.45pm and was told I could bring it in today for an immediate turn-around. Less than 15 minutes after arriving, I had my phone back with a faultless screen and tempered glass cover. I spoke to Michael who was so friendly and helpful on the phone and then in-person at the store. 10/10 would go again and recommend. Cost was $99 for screen and $20 for glass cover. Perfect!

Workmanship seems good but very unprofessional. Poor customer service.They put my repair off the day I was meant collect. When i called them on it, hey agreed to finish it for me to collect after hours.When i arrived,m at the agreed time, the door was locked and there was a sign that said We will be back shortly. Thank you for your patient."I waited for 30 minutes

These guys were absolutely shocking, would 100% not recommend. I dropped my phone off to get my screen repaired took them two days got it back and the screen was replaced but now it wouldn't light up during phone calls and the aerial was damaged by their technician. they then took it back kept it for 10 days didn't start work on it until the 3rd day.throughout the process I didn't get offered any sort of refund, and sort of speeding up of the process or even a single apology. would not recommend find somewhere else.

Zereo customer service. I dropped my phone in to get a quote to try and recover the data after water damage based on the reviews and claims of being specialists on their website. A week went by & no update so I called up and was told someone would call me back that afternoon. No call. Followed up time and time again. The technician never seemed to be there so I was promised call backs that never happened. Long story short, on my 6th follow up call (after they've had my phone for 3 weeks) they tell me they can't recover the data and to pick it up. I understand there are no guarantees, but the whole exercise has been a complete waste of my time! The glowing reviews seem to be at least 2 years old. Things have gone downhill significantly since then. Go somewhere else.
