I just called to book - all went fine, they can come within the same day. When putting my details in, the operator asked 3x to confirm each my mobile & address details. Then almost like a recording, it went back again asking for the address & mobile with 3x confirmations again. I asked why are we keep repeating the same questions, but he ignored me and restart the same questions *for the third time*. Overall I spent 5 minutes just repeating the same details, I had to hung up.
