I never give bad reviews, and Penny and her team seem nice, but I feel I have to give feedback. I was booking bond cleaners a week in advance for my property, and after having already booked another in, called Penny and her husband said they could do my 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house for $900 + gst. I cancelled the bond cleaner I’d previously arranged, and booked in for Monday, the day my lease expires. On arrival, Penny and her colleague immediately told me the house was too big, that they’d only looked at the house from street view and thought it was small, and they refused to do the house. They made a few phone calls, but at 7am in the morning, the day of, who is going to be free?The result, Penny and her colleague left, not even attempting anything. I was forced to either try and get another day on my lease, or risk a contractor. All in all, Penny’s team, and their lack of awareness has cost me $800+, due to myself having to pay extra on the short notice.It’s absolutely shameful, and just poor questioning and set up. Look on the satellite of google, go on Real Estate .com where you can clearly see the homes size. Don’t look on street view, which just shows the front of an home. Instead of paying $1200 for a bond clean, I’m left paying $2000 and it’s a joke, after guaranteeing me a bond clean, they left me in the lurch. Poor, poor management.Would never use this service.
