Neil Fletcher Design

He ripped my mother off. He was condescending towards her. He took his time in responding. He overcharged her for the job. Neil, you’re an unprofessional and unfriendly human.

I wouldnt recommend Neil Fletcher to my enemy. He says he will take you through everything step by step, call frequently, he just emailed and called twice. He ripped us off and was intimading. What should've cost us $4,000, he charged us $11,000.00 and made us pay all a year ago and we just got our plans approved . He is not a nice person, just pretends to be till he has your money. He made alot of mistakes, we chased up our own plans,with the council and got the ball rolling faster. He told us the cost, then after putting down a deposit, he point out another cost of $2,900.00 for an Engineer that he failed to tell us we needed as well. He didnt point out alot of important things knowing we were new to all this. We are scarred from our experience with Neil ... He is Rude and pompous, and most of all, FAKE.

I hired Neil just before the second Covid lockdown. Neil was great to deal with, I found him professional, punctual, and happy to assist with plan change requests. Compared to other quotes we received his was excellent value for money at more than half the price of the highest offer. I recommend his services.

I have enjoyed an excellent relationship with Neil and his team in the construction of 3 new townhouses. I was initially introduced to Neil as someone who could efficiently guide me through town planning at the City of Kingston. He worked very collaboratively with me in designing and then gaining town planning approval for a 3 townhouse development that optimised the utilisation of the available land.Following town planning approval, I engaged Neil to complete detailed design work, to call and evaluate tenders, and to project manage the construction of the units.The whole process was undertaken very professionally and efficiently. It was a pleasure dealing with Neil and his team and I can thoroughly recommend his services.

He is the worst Designer I've ever met!! Our town planner and I can never found him!! Once your money's been paid, Neil Fletcher holds up your job forever. He just gives up without say anything when he can't handle the job. He doesn't reply your emails, and never return calls. Don't use him, don't take the risk if you don't want stuff up your project !!! Find out his reputation!!!
