The process was a breeze from start to finish. I submitted an online enquiry and the following day I had someone measure and quote. I was impressed with the quoted price and selection of carpets. From start to finish, the whole process was great! Consultant arrived on time, showed us a few products and gave us an estimate of cost, we visited the showroom (which for us was just up the road!) and finally settled on a slightly plusher pile and weight. Order placed, deposit paid and a date picked for the job. Communication was excellent and the job was completed when they said it would be, the laying team were polite, professional and did a great job! Overall very happy!

Carpets on the Move did a wonderful job on my place. I wish I could give 4 1/2 stars as they were so close to perfect. The floors looks amazing (see before and after pics) and it is such a relief to go from carpet to vinyl planks, with my dog and 17 year old cat (with sensitive stomach) inside all the time. I feel like I can invite people over again. Thank you so much for your professional job.The downside was that there was lack of communication in between people there (Rhonda and Bev) with one ringing me to organise what had already been organised. There was also confusion over days/times with the guy to pull up the tiles in the kitchen not turning up for half a day, and lack of clear communication in what was included in furniture moving" on the quote.
