Just a quick note about the rental of our property at Cowan.Aroha has been excellent and nothing is too much of a problem. we have both worked in well together on a couple of minor issues such as the installation of the NBN. She was able to rectify the situation after the builder did the wrong thing. I have no hesitation in allowing Aroha and her team to manage our property. Early days at this stage but I am unable to see any problems whatsoever. A smooth change over of tenants. I should say that I attended other real estate agents in the local area. One did not even return my calls. Too much of a problem for them. Obviously the McGrath team have it all over the other agents.RegardsTerry

McGrath Berowra seemed to be very open and easy to deal with at first, but that changed once the open homes commenced and things did not play out as our agent had predicted. We had to insist that the sale then be changed to auction even though the agent was against the idea.We were promised many things that never eventuated, communication with the agent was incredibly awkward, unprofessional and difficult through out the process. All were sent to us via text message and often very delayed to the point that the final inspection and settlement were stalled and disrupted due to a major breakdown in communication on the agents part. The settlement is all done and finalised now, but if anyone is thinking of selling please take heed of our bad experience with MCGrath Berowra.The agent is paid to work for the vendor and serve their best interests not the other way around and there seems to be a few other real estate agents in the area that seem to get good results which we should of gone through.

Our Family can recommend Aroha. We had a quick personal response to our viewing request (not just automated) and a personal safe viewing during COVID times. She also went above and beyond to recommended a good removals company that made our life easy. Paperwork and everything from application to move in when smooth and quick.Thank You Aroha.
