Had a big bday bash last weekend and had an effortless experience with barlens, staff were amazing and they had everything and more that I asked for.

Barlens was amazing for our recent Open Day and was able to provide some very last moment assistance when it came to preparing for the event. the Staff that came to set it were helpful, friendly and I couldn't of pulled off such a big event with out them.I cant rate them highly enough

Barlens Albury have been great to deal with. Especially Shaun.Communication is very good and flexibility with changing our order up until the wedding date was very reassuring. We were able to view most things in person we were ordering. Very happy with the service from Barlens!

Great place to hire everything you might need for a party or event. Shaun and Ann were a great help for a last minute hire of an urn for an open garden event when we realised we needed an extra large urn. Friendly helpful staff.

We used Barlens Event Hire for our wedding and we could not be happier. The team at Barlens were fantastic from the planning stages and site visit through to the set up and eventually pulling it all down. They gave us some great advice in regards to types of seating and lighting and they were very easy to communicate with. Cannot thank them enough!

I was surprised I got a text message asking to review Barlens after my experience.I had my wedding last Saturday and had ordered furniture off Barlen’s to be delivered the day before between 9:30-11am for set up.11 came and we had no furniture so I called to be told they were loading it then.It was a 44 degree day Friday and an outdoor wedding so we were waiting outside in the heat for the furniture to arrive.At 12:30 we still had no furniture so I called again to be told they had another delivery come up and they’d be at me in the next 2 hours.By this point I was burnt, dehydrated and tired waiting in the sun when I should of been at home getting ready for my wedding day. I expressed my frustration and they said they’d get there as soon as possible.They turned up at 2:45 with everything but the tables which meant we couldn’t set up anyway as we needed the tables to set everything up around. They turned back up at 4 with the tables finally.I wasted my whole day waiting for them, not to mention I got heat stroke from waiting out in the sun and spent the morning of my wedding sick.It was the worst experience, communication was terrible. If they weren’t going to make the 9:30-11 they should of called rather than me spending my whole day in 44 degrees waiting. Very disappointed.
