Disappointed with the terrible lack of basic courtesy or customer service in the Ivanhoe store. I waited for over 10 minutes, served myself and then did not even get eye contact or an acknowledgement by the person in store who was on the phone the entire time. In the end I walked out without purchasing the $90+ of items I was planning to purchase

Great store! Such a wonderful range for all ages. Was given fantastic customer service by lovely staff member who helped me find everything I needed. A bit expensive but it’s worth it for the personal service and free gift wrapping. Highly recommend!

Came across this store by accident, so glad I did. Have been looking for for a birthday present for my Granddaughter who is turning 3 and autistic so a lot of toys aimed at her age group aren’t appropriate for her. When I explained to the staff my situation they were so helpful with different suggestions and showing me different ideas, especially Alara?, they stock a lot of things you wouldn’t find in other stores. Came out with a present for her and will definitely be going back.

My mum visited the store to look for some gift ideas for my autistic toddler while I was at an appointment nearby. After my appointment, I visited the shop with my mum, and we found so many options for gift ideas. We left with some toys that she really loves!The staff are so friendly and helpful! We had a really great experience at the store, and we will definitely be returning to select more toys for my daughter.

There are so many toys here it's a bit overwhelming if you don't know what you're looking for, but that's where the wonderful staff come in. You just tell them how old the child you're buying for is and they'll take you right to the section of the store with all the age-appropriate toys you could need. They also do gift wrapping and gift receipts in case something needs to be returned - very convenient.

Awesome and pricey. I know that it is coming up to Xmas, but these shelves were overflowing with toys of every type. Baby educational toys, puzzles, mind benders, construction toys, electronics, teddies, slime(the bane of my existence), dolls, Harry Potter stuff, scooters, plus heaps more. Really impressed. Made the mistake of dropping in with kids. ..

This is a lovely shop, but I would not buy anything here. I have been here a few times and the prices are just so high. Whilst I understand they can not price match a larger corporation store, to pay $12 for something I paid $6 for a matter of days before somewhere else just seems incomprehensible. The staff are nice and friendly, the store is clean, albeit not the most pram friendly as it has a lot in it and often boxes etc around the flooring. It’s nice for a little browse, but unfortunately is not a local shop I could justify supporting with such a huge difference in pricing to other stores.

Terrible customer services. We have spent thousands in this overpriced unfriendly store. Apart from their memberships discounts applying only at some times depending on who serves you -Took the two 3 year olds to pick a toy. It’s was marked $14.99 - ended up forking out $99.98 with a snarky assistant telling them they can put it back if I don’t want to pay.Absolutely do not support this store as they are clearly so greedy that they would be this rude to children
