Even on the most hectic days in winter, the staff always had a smile on their face! Very willing to help. One of the cleanest supermarkets I’ve seen!!

Very friendly staff if they are treated with respect. Some things are even cheaper than Jindabyne !! Why pay for the fuel costs to go to J ? Good selection of necessities and more.

Should be open till at least 7pm or 8pm - previous owners closed at 7pm. Have seen many holidaymakers this season arriving at the door after 6pm and being disappointed - they can't believe it's shut. Most people are used to grabbing a few last minute things for snacks & dinner, and supermarkets/convenience stores being open past 6pm - yet this supermarket, the only one in NSW's premium ski town, closes ridiculously early.

Has the basics in winter at premium prices.They do have some inexpensive gluten free lollies too.Gluten free bread is usually cheaper here than elsewhere too(Helga's).In summer I hear it is better to bring your own food rather than rely on supermarket.

Expensive but well stocked with an always pleasant and cheerful staff. Stocks what you have probably forgotten as well as the stuff you didn't know you needed. Pack shopping bags...it isn't really practical to drive anywhere in Thredbo.

What horrible service today. Checkout girl was very rude. Happy to open her mouth with locals as though visitors shouldn’t be there. Guess what? All money is the same, you wouldn’t survive without visitors, you were not even remotely busy, and wouldn’t you expect some form of pleasantries when you are a tourist in another place? Not worthy of your job. If someone asks a question such as “how are you”, open your mouth and respond.

The food is way too overpriced but it is understandable, its also in a very convenient area because its very close to our hotel and the staff gave us recomendations on what to do in threadbo.

Staff are amazing if treated with respect. In winter with extra pressure the staff always smiled and never were rude if you are polite. Stock is amazing.

Great selection for an overnight (or longer) stay. Fresh vegies, nibbles, quick meals, meat and the required accoutrements. Site includes the post office and ATM
