Nothing but good praises for Summithomes, our consultant Lena Alonzo was very accommodating and quick to reply to our messages. She guided us every step of the way and was patient with working through our multiple revisions of the house plan. We are so happy with our design and customisations and can't wait for key handover!

We were undecided as to whether to purchase a home or build. After looking in at the market and homes for several months we decided to look at display homes. It was while looking at a New Generations display home that we meet A. We set up a meeting with him, he asked us what we wanted in our home, what our budget was etc. This helped him to select plans for us to look at and when we narrowed it down to a couple, he took us to have a look at those homes that were being built and at lock up stage so that we could make our final choice. A has been so helpful at every step so far as he knows that this is our first time owning a home. While we are only at Pre-start stage, we look forward to working with A and the summit team on this journey of building our home.

For us we had been turned off building multiple times due to pushy consultants always pressuring you to not think and just sign now and embed that FOMO with fear tactic sales. Since first meeting Jess in the New Generation Display home Jess has been nothing but lovely. Was never pushy or made us feel like we had to rush into any decisions. Jess had been so patient with us in coming up with ideas and finding the ideal block of land to build on. Jess From New Gen has gone above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the build design and never pressured us any step of the way making us feel at ease and comfortable. We look forward to having Jess by our side through the building process. Jess has built our trust and has been very honest/transparent through the decision process. We highly recommend if your looking to build talking to the professional Summit group family! in particular Jess! cant praise Jess enough! thank you for your efforts and assistance through the first steps and look forward to this building adventure.Hope your manager reads this as well so they know how much of an asset you are! :)

We looked at a couple of other builders but the team at Summit made us feel the most comfortable. It is our first time building and we were upfront with the fact we needed a lot of guidance and our Sales Consultant Pryncess has done that the entire way, answering all our silly questions and being extremely patient through the many many changes we've made to our design. She's made the right suggestions every time, mainly just guiding us to not make silly decisions & changes that just wouldn't have worked, as well suggesting potential improvements to our design that have been right on the money.We would happily build with Summit again.

New Generation Homes provides fair price and enriched choices to us. The sales is delighted to present each floor plan and description step by step details, also is patient to listen to our idea, and flexible to accept out of range suggestion and provide feasibility recommendations.We look forward to seeing our built house.

It was a big decision on who to build with for our investment property in WA, as we live in different State. Luckily we found New Generation Homes on the internet with a very good reviews. So we called and met Jessica Aureliano, who assisted us very well from the beginning. She presented different plan options to make sure that we are satisfied with our future investment property. Jess is amazing, very professional and always keep us updated. So far, everything is going smooth. We highly recommend New Generation Homes.

New Generation Homes is the best and even better when Ms. Lena Alonzo, our new home consultant, assisted with our build. We decided on moving from Auckland, NZ to Perth. While I was still in Auckland, I got in touch with Summit, and, Nick called me back and discussed our situation and eligibility. We setup a meeting for when I was in Perth and we did meet up 3 times prior to signing up. Nick was great and always followed up and answered all questions. Also, given that we are still in NZ, Nick does follow up through phone and email and keeps us posted on everything we need to know. Also, the @Home portal is awesome to keep an eye on what's happening with our project.Obviously, we are still at the start of this whole process, but, Summit comes recommended to us by work colleagues who have used them in the past, and, they have been great so far. I will keep this review up to date throughout the process and hope this helps someone!

Lena Alonzo is a very professional and excellent sales consultant. She always keeps us updated with our build. She lets us know if our request can be done or not. Always gets straight to the point. We never had any issues. I highly recommend Lena to my friends and co workers.
