Fantastic kitchen designers (Kevin and Tracey) who unfortunately left the company before the install of the kitchen was completed. The trades that did the work were good. The kitchen was never properly finished cosmetically, kickboards not sealed, no sealant between worktop and cabinets. We had an issue as the cooktop had been installed too near the glass splashback and burned the paint behind it. Got in touch with them and it took them a year to admit there was a issue after fortnightly calls to them with no call back. Then finally a year later Alan Leith came up with a rectification plan, promising everything was supposed to be completed in 4 days….that didn’t happen after leaving us with no sink, water in the kitchen, no dishwasher or usable worktop they finished it over 6 months later. Communication is shocking no replies to calls, no replies to emails.They never once said sorry, they have no care factor and we would never use them again or recommend Exclusive Kitchens. Choose another company!

We love our new kitchenWe've had the new kitchen just over a year now and absolutely love it. The design and functionality is just what we wanted and everything works so well. The whole team at exclusive kitchens were great. Our designer listened to our ideas and gave great advice. She was very patient and knowledge. The installation team worked to schedule and it was all delivered on time. I gladly recommend Exclusive Kitchens.

After not knowing where to start - we came across Exclusiv Kitchens at Capalaba. This proved to be our lucky day! Our total Unit renovation was handled most professionally by Alan, Greg and their team of excellent tradies. Our dated kitchen, and two bathrooms were transformed into modern and efficient living spaces. For us, from to start finish, it was a totally stress-free experience. Their expert advice, guidance and workmanship brought us a very pleasing outcome, all within an efficient timeframe. Thank you for making this renovation a very enjoyable experience.

Just competed our kitchen & bathroom renovations and over the moon with the result and need to give credit where due and some recommendation for families looking for help with their own renovations. We engaged Exclusiv Kitchens & Bathrooms for our renovation and were impressed from day dot with the promptness of assistance and quotations, the design, material and products recommended helped make our final result high standard. The professional staff are wonderful and the showroom with the displays and samples on hand during the design phase great for understanding what things will actually look like. Typically things will have some issues along the way with custom renovations but every amendment corrected to perfection. Our home is in Capalaba and we chose to go local and glad we did. WOW.. the service was fast accurate polite and friendly.All of our requests and many changes were dealt with quickly and without it becoming a hassle. It is not often you find a business that goes out of their way to meet a clients needs, Ed met us after hours at times that suited us both at our place and in the showroom.As ours was an insurance claim Ed and Toni accommodated payment plans, allowed us to use our own trades or theirs and there was full disclosure of pricing down to each hinge!!Better pricing than everyone else and completed faster.The end result is a stunning kitchen and a happy wife! and kids that cant slam draws shut! The new kitchen has more than doubled its investment and has become the highlight of our home.My only concern is that now Mrs Toms wants the rest of the house updated aswell!!!The workmanship from Tim (installer) was precise and of first class.Thanks to Ed and Toni for their great ideas on upgrading rather than just refinishing and allowing some our uneducated ideas to come to fruition.Recommend these guys to anyone doing anything in a kitchen from one cupboard to a whole rip out and replace.I strongly suggest that anyone looking at kitchens meet the team at Exclusiv and make your own decisions, you wont be disappointed, rather than read rants on google.thanksP.S Toni makes the best coffee!!

Ed and the team were fantastic from day one. Great design, worked within my budget while still giving such a glamorous and workable kitchen and pantry. The responses to phone calls and emails super quick and gave advice I could trust on what the finished product could be. Highly recommend!!!

We stumbled upon this place after visiting many other kitchen showrooms. When we walked out after our initial meeting, we knew this was the right fit for us - the staff are so accommodating, patient and knowledgeable that we felt at ease immediately. This was our first kitchen renovation, and we must have popped into the showroom at least 20 times during the process. We never once felt anything other than welcome, looked after and cared for.As for the actual kitchen, it is simply stunning. As the centrepiece to our home, it has completely changed how the space feels, and is luxurious while also being extremely comfortable to use. We have renovated other parts of our home as well, but it is nearly impossible to drag people away from the kitchen when they've seen it!The soft closing is amazing, the handleless sections are perfect, the design process was awesome - we really can't say enough good things about this company and their workmanship.The associated tradespeople with Exclusiv Kitchens were also superb, which speaks volumes as to Ed and his team's character. You very rarely come across people like this, and we feel very lucky to have found them.

I had a small kitchen renovation done by this company - just a change of the bench top, sink and taps at +/- $10K.On 3 occasions they just did not turn up when scheduled to do so. OK, things happen. However the kitchen bench installed is not up to standard at all. There are three joins in the bench top none of which is flush. The sink installed is a cheap shoddy number. The salesman recommended that I take this one rather than the one I chose as this was supposedly better quality. Same with the tap. The plugs don't work well in the sink and the kitchen tap has already fallen to pieces. The worst thing is that I have emailed them 3 times - no response. Sadly I think that because I am an older lady they can treat me poorly with no consequence. I guess they're right!I have decided to bite the bullet and have a completely new kitchen/bathroom/laundry installed. They will not be invited to quote!I have to just write this off as a silly mistake. I should have been much more difficult and demanding.
