Unlike many of the large multinational chain stores, these small businesses are run by knowledgeable and experienced people like Bruce, who is always happy to share his expertise. He carries quality products suited to the job at hand, at competitive prices. I have no hesitation in recommending AquaGuard as a trustworthy business.

Bruce is a great wealth of knowledge and providing there are no unforseen hiccups, we will be enjoying 2 x in-line AquaGuard systems soon (no more Chlorine or Fluoride for us). I bought a filter system at the show and soon after a plumber told me that his Aquaguard systems were illegal as they had no Australian standard mark on them. I asked them for a refund to which they said no but would post me one with the standard mark on within 2 days. He also refused to let me take with me the one i had paid for because he thought i was going to cause problems about them not being legal.That was over a week ago and i have not received either a refund or the product.I will keep trying but wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Very dodgy.

Great knowledge and service.We built approx 13 months ago south of Toowoomba and we went through AquaGuard, Bruce knew exactly the quality of water out here and recommended/sold us an ION Exchange system (water softener) for the whole house, which breaks down the hard minerals so it doesn’t build up in the pipes, appliances etc.I have heard a lot of complaints about the water quality of where we are and have seen pictures of peoples pipes blocked with calcium, replacing appliances annually and replacing hot water systems etc (and they have sediment water filters on the house!)With our system we have not had any calcium build up at all in the bathrooms, kitchen, laundry etc.Whilst a lot of companies are recommending a particular system for out here, Bruce at AquaGuard is the only one who knew the quality of water and the right system to use.We could not be happier with our choice and we highly recommend AquaGuard.

The water purification unit I purchased including installation is still waiting for power to be hooked up four months after the unit was plumbed in. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I would not recommend this company at all. After I had paid for the water filter system the service was horrible. Instead of someone from the company installing their product in my home, they left me to find and pay extra for a plumber to install it. Then after installation my water tasted worse so I requested someone from the company come to check the installation which never eventuated, despite multiple requests on my end. I had to find and pay extra again for another water filter company to help me. In the end I have dismantled this water filter system and won't be using it. Such a waste of money, time and energy.

After years of research and enquiries I finally bought an aquaguard whole house filter for our tank water and I am so happy I did. I am extremely OCD about drinking water and my tap water is amazing!!!! Filter also has a washable filter and a once yearly replaceable part which I love! I used the plumber recommended by the owner and am very impressed with her work!

Probably the most knowledgeable water filters company in Australia, who ACTUALLY know their stuff.
