We loved our ride on the excellent E-bikes we were supplied with. Amazing value on quality bikes. Can’t recommend highly enough. Absolute highlight of our trip to Canberra - especially the Western Loop of the Lake. So many things to see and enjoy. Great friendly efficient service with the bikes delivered right to our hotel. 10 out of 10.

Hired Two eBikes for the day, which were delivered promptly at 9am to the accommodation I was staying. Bikes were in an excellent condition, and came with FREE helmet, lock, map of Canberra city/Lake Burley Griffin, and even a bottle of water!Communication is excellent, and the prices cannot be beaten. Cannot recommend this business highly enough! Will hire from here again next time we are in Canberra.

Hired bikes today, and adult bike, e-bike and kid trailer. All in good condition, met us at the agreed spot and gave good route advice for our days hire!I had to contact them a couple of time leading up to today, both by phone and email, always a quick and helpful reply even out of hours. 100% recommended

I am moved to write this review after some exceptional service from this business. My pedal broke on a (no longer new) bike and the owner went out of his way to contact the bike manufacturer to get me a new pedal from them. High quality service and really good value for money. I am a regular bike commuter and have been to quite a few city shops but this one is the business. My only reservation in posting this review is that I won’t be able to get a booking for a service because I’m letting you all know about Canberra’s best kept bike shop secret.

Cycle Canberra does indeed exist, but have transformed into a mobile rental and delivery service. They were terrific. I hired a hybrid bike for a week - it was delivered to my host’s door as I arrived and picked up just after I left. Comes adjusted to your height, with a helmet and complimentary bike map and even a bottle of water. Bike was in excellent condition, and they have a range of different bikes available. Can’t recommend highly enough. Will hire again when I come to Canberra because they make it too easy. Thanks.

Excellent, quick service. Reasonable prices. However, sadly they are closing once the new ANU retail campus buildings are open. It's a shame because whatever bike store opens to replace it, if any do, will cost a lot more.
