At drive through counter two girls workers @11:15pm on 10th June are very rude. Do not know how to talk to customers and serve at all. Have to wait more than 15 minutes to place a order.

The food is what one would expect. What does bug me is that when they are busy and sometimes not so busy, when you use the drive through, a majority of the time I am told to go to the waiting bay, even when it's full. The issue with this location is that the waiting bay is in a really bad spot. One car has no issues, two cars is pushing it but three cars is not possible so why do I get asked to block the driveway when the waiting bay is full when I can just wait at the window to get my order. Twice I have complained and the staff don't seem to care. It's almost like a directive to push people into the waiting bay if the order is not ready, which I get, but don't do this for every car when you're busy. I would rather wait a little longer than risk damaging my car because of the bad location of the waiting bay.

As to be the exceptional fast food restaurant I have been to. Great customer service. Staff are switched on, quick, friendly and got the order right.Clean environment. Highly recommended.

Been going to this store for more than 5 years. Store has been renovated and looks really good in and out. However, my last visit (5 days ago) was a bit disappointing when I ordered a whopper cheese but got a regular whopper instead in the bag. Just couldn't bother finding a spot to park and get out to have the right order because that would defeat the purpose of going drive thru and so much inconvenience. But that doesn't mean I don't like HJ anymore, it was just a bad service that time I guess.

Most times it all runs smoothly but a couple of times we’ve been given the order without our requests for no ketchup, no onions etc which means we then need to get out of the car, go into the restaurant and wait for the correct order and during this time the other orders are in the car going cold.

the staff are incompetent. i ordered a spicy cheese and bacon jacks burger. got given the completely wrong burger. i then tried to call to fix it up. i was hung up on twice. the third time i called they didn’t hang up i told them that i would like my order replaced they said that was okay i told them my order so it could be remade but when i arrived they still acted clueless. eventually i got the burger i ordered. This place really needs to think about the staff they have hired.

I ordered a bubblegum storm and they gave me a knife and fork to go with it.Girl at the drive thru window was so polite in explaining that they ran out of spoons so I thought it was a five star experience anyways

I recently visited the Hungry Jack's restaurant at Glendenning and I was very impressed with the service. The staff were friendly and efficient, and they got my order correct with no issues. The food was also delicious and arrived quickly, which was great as I was in a hurry. Overall, I had a great experience at this Hungry Jack's location and would definitely recommend it to others.

I bought a coffee from the Bligh Park restaurant and it was absolutely revolting! The beans were so burnt! I was on my way to an appointment so I swung by here and the manager was more than happy to make me a new one as a once off (I didn’t know you had to go back to the original store) and upgrade the size! Fantastic customer experience! Would come back to this restaurant just based on that one time experience!!
