As grateful as I am to Dr Michelle Kwik (who is fantastic as an individual doctor) for my daughter, I cannot in good conscience recommend IVF Australia to any other couple struggling with infertility.The negligence and incompetence of the nursing staff was a cause of great stress, frustration and tears throughout our fertility journey.A few of the issues included: medication incorrectly ordered 3 times, doctors choosing to ignore feedback on medications not working and refusing to prescribe an alternative, failure to return calls, failure to communicate properly changes of appointment or issues with video links. And these are just a few of the issues we experienced!It really feels like the nursing and admin teams just do not care about patients, and are only in it for the money.If you can access Dr Kwik without needing the nurses then she is worth it, but the stress of dealing with the nursing team failures was a very high cost to pay (outside of the extravagant fees IVF Australia charge).

Dr Kwik and her team of nurses are amazing - they always give clear and concise instructions and I was extremely happy with the care I’ve received (and the results of 2 pregnancies). I am very grateful.

Heidi (Nurse) so far was the most helpful person I have spoken to so far at this centre. She was very professional and well contained in her role however I wouldn't say the same about other nurses or the centre staff at Geenwich. I wish other staff would learn a little from Heidi and her patience.

I have had the worst experience with Dr Peter Leung's team at the Greenwich facility and I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. Dr Leung is knowledgeable and responsive, but his team is extremely incompetent. They lack in communication, follow through and general sense of patient care and sensitivity. I had three cycles with Dr Leung and throughout the process, at various stages, there was a lack of clarity or coherent, timely communication from his team on multiple occasions.I was being billed separately for consulting with the doctor with my queries during current cycles (not even a new cycle) even though I had opted for the premium treatment package when I started consulting Dr Leung. I thought if I paid more and didn't go with the lite program that IVF Australia offers, I would get better care. But I was sorely disappointed. Even if you pay through your nose, you don't get the basic support and you still get all kinds of bungle ups because the team itself is inefficient and basically insensitive. Only when I asked the doctor why I was being billed additionally for consulting him during my cycle, did his secretary send an apology.On many occasions, his nurse Lin wouldn't provide my blood and scan results on time and only at the end of the day after I followed up. She wouldn't answer my queries clearly and one occasion, even laughed and commented sarcastically when I wanted to know if there could be any side effects of using Synarel nasal spray that the doctor had prescribed. Every time, she would call about my blood and scan results and next steps, she was so unclear and confusing me to the point that I had to insist that I needed to talk with the doctor instead. Since most the process is coordinated by the nurses and the doctor is mostly busy, I requested to have another nurse allocated to me. After I put in several requests via phone and email, they allocated another nurse Natalie who was nicer and much clearer.After a failed cycle, instead of being proactive with solutions and next steps, when I got in touch with the nurse, they didn’t bother to respond and the doctor only got in touch after I expressly insisted to his secretary via email for a follow up consultation. When I requested for my reports and there was a mismatch between what the doctor had reported to me and what the clinic had recorded. When I requested a clarification about this mismatch, Dr Leung said he's ask his team to revert but then I was told by Dr Leung's secretary over email that I can't be provided with a clarification and basically that I should just deal with it.All in all, I would say that I have had the worst experience with Dr Leung's team and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you care about your peace of mind, in an already distressed situation of trying IVF, please find other facilities or doctors. I'm giving one star because there's no way of leaving a zero-star review.

We’ve been attending this clinic for a few months now and always receive friendly and prompt service. Easy parking for clients underneath at rear.

My husband and I had been trying for a baby for yrs, and including unsuccessfully IVF in Toronto Canada. We immigrated to Aus in 2015' researched IVF Aus, and met Dr. Kwok in Greenwich, Northern beaches NSW. We were trepedatious but hopeful. Dr Kwok was lovely, professional, sincere and genuine. We went ahead with all the processes. The staff were and still are wonderful to deal with. Dr. Kwok was gentle and reassuring. We were able to get 4 healthy bb eggs, and On. July 09th 2016 we had our first procedure in Greenwich - 29th March 2017 we (me) gave birth to a 3.3 kg baby girl and are so happy. We lost bb egg #2' we had a miscarriage 9weeks in with bb 3
