I used Boss United detailing recently for my BMW M2 and Audi Q5. Fraser is very profressional, taking the time to do a thourough evaluation of each car, giving us clear options. Fraser did an amazing job on my XC40 Recharge. His communication and workmanship is exceptional. He even corrected swirl marks and holograms that looked to have been caused in freight.

Ill start of by saying I've never had any of my vehicles professionally detailed.Fraser blew my expectations after a full package detail spending over 7 hours on the car.I highly recommend Fraser services, you will expect professional and precision work. Unfortunately I’d learnt too late the issue of what taking a modern black car to commercial car washes can do to your car and trims, swirls everywhere… to say the least. All within an 18 month period. Fortunately, I bit the bullet and spoke to Fraser about full paint decontamination, restoration and ceramic protection. The results are as expected based on our discussions prior to the work, which are amazing! Fraser’s communications along the way, management of expectations, and guidance on way forward with after care were faultless. It’s now been approximately a month since my car was treated my Fraser and I’ve completed my first home wash with the after care package, beautiful shine there immediately. I also notice that dust and other airborne contaminants simply don’t collect on the car the same way, so in between washes the car just looks so much better with it’s shine but also less dust etc due to the properties of the coating. Fraser completed a paint correction due heavy swirl marks and holograms present in paintwork, then applied the Autotriz Nano Ceramic 3d Matrix paint protection.I can't recommend Fraser and Boss United more highly, his attention to detail, perfectionism and professionalism are second to none. Very fair price for the quality of work conducted, Fraser is upfront and honest and takes absolute pride in his work. Car looks better than when I picked it up from the dealership, blown away!!I went with the Autotriz V5 glass coating also, haven't needed the wipers in the heavy rain over the past few days.

He then applied a ceramic paint protection and finished it off with some swissvax endurance to give it an awesome wet look. Fraser’s knowledge, experience and attention to detail really shows in the finished product. I am one happy customer.

Fraser is a pleasure to deal with - a courteous professional, who knows his stuff. He has treated and detailed our Tesla Model 3, and it looks better than on delivery! He even went as far as sourcing a cover for us, as the car is parked under a tree. Highly recommended and we’ll use him again next time she needs sparkling up!

If I could give 10 stars for professionalism and going above and beyond I would. I needed a Xenon headlight replacement for my BMW and Fraser turned up to my house on a Sunday to assist me, turned out the car required a slightly different Xenon to the one Fraser had, no hassles, just got in the right one and replaced it. I couldn't recommend Fraser highly enough, thank you.
