Remote and quiet, with generously sized campsites. Drop toilets and limited water, but easy enough access to Loch Sport for ice re-fills. Water prone to jelly fish, and beach" better suited to light boating and paddle boarding rather than swimming"

Good bush campsite with rain water taps, bush toilets, and a nice sandy beach. Fresh mussles in the water make a great snack on the BBQ. in Only downside is there's only two fire pits shared among all the campsites, so they can get busy at night.

If you dont mind 6km rough gravel road before entry, excessive ants and mosquitos, no proper beach, 4 toilets to share for all sites- then its quite nice place. Nowhere to drop your garbage as well. Want beach? Lead to paradise beach or close by surf beach. Not too many firepits to share as well. Good privacy though. Not too much wildlife. Only butterflies and kind of cookapurras. Not going again, sorry! Beach photos are from Paradise Beach.

If you are looking for a relaxing campground far from the city, this would be the place. A quiet and nice area beside the lake which brought me an enjoyable time during the weekend. Booking is required and you'll have your spot upon .arrival without the stress of not finding the spot during a long weekend. Note a proper SUV or offroad vehicle is required to arrive at this place.

Nice escape from city life. Reception is limited and it has a small beach and a 2.5km hike trail for a short stop along your journey. Would be a great place to canoe, or fly a kite. Gotta be careful flying drones as it's in an airport warning zone, plus there's plenty of birds including crows and Eagles which both liking attacking drones. Dirt road is starting to get a bit arduous due to recent rains, small and low cars not recommended.

It’s an isolated place between the ocean and lake in Loch Sport, Gippsland.Pros:- Large campsite areas, especially the site no. 1- 10-15 minutes drive to ninety miles beach (follow road signs and not the Google)- Wood fire BBQs (This experience is just great)- There is a BP petrol station with almost all groceries and camping accessories (15minutes drive)- Witness very beautiful sunset on lake Victoria (2-5 minutes walk)- very quiet and peaceful- KangaroosCons:- No drinking water (Zero, Null)- Lots and lots of mosquitoes and they bite. This is common to all beachside camping, I believe.Sprays don’t work, bring roll-ons or creams.- 5 kms gravel road with lot of uneven sections or potholes.- Unpowered sites onlyTips:- Avoid campsites near toilet like 5,6 or 7 and rather go for sites near BBQ like 1,2,3 as the smoke will blow away all mosquitoes.- Mosquito repellent creams- BYO water- Stop your car near lookout and you will view very beautiful lake and forest.
