Australia Post - Woodridge LPO

Just got a package delivered from them today. It was an express post with no safe drop option (The sender has requested that you sign for this parcel. If no one is home you can collect it from a local Post Office). There was an important document in the package, which was not supposed to be crushed and folded. But the delivery guy delivered it without any sign and it was folded like 3-4 times. Thanks for ruining the document that I have been waiting for two weeks.

Fantastic service from Andy and the lady working with him when Western Union was down. They took my number and text me when the service was back up and running and were very pleasant to deal with and very helpful. Great customer service!

I should give a rating below zero. Yesterday afternoon, either the old guy behind the counter was dum or pretending to be so. He did not open his mouth even once, just using sign gestures and looking behind his backside, then suddenly he started shouting loudly at a customer in the other queue while still serving. Australia Post should be aware of those bad apples not good for it's reputation. Cheers.

I had a very bad experience with the lady at this post office. I arrived at 4.55pm and as I entered I was told we close in 5 minutes... I said I just need to post this parcel quickly I've just finished work and rushed here. I got rude looks from the two staff members there. I then ask for the customs slip because it was internation to which the lady behind the counter yelled to the other staff member it's international she wants to do international now. I explained my mother in law was very I'll in hospital had just been diagnosed with terminal cancer and it was a gift for her. She said that I've missed the run today anyway. I said I'll miss it tomorrow if I come back because I work early. After this she hesitantly gave me the slip but continued asking if i was done the whole time i filled it out. I was out by 5.02pm they closed a 5 but had I not had to argue I would have been out by 5. My mother in law has now passed away. You don't know reasons people are there late so I suggest you learn some customer service. Absolutely disgusting. 2mins out of your day I'm sure you will live. I also work I'm customer service and would never treat a customer like that.

Really nice post office. Staff are friendly and super helpful. Stock of stationary is good too.

The older lady who is regularly behind the counter is rude and patronising. She treats you like you're an idiot, even when she's wrong. I've had one or two nice conversations with her after trying to strike up a conversation and be polite. However, the way she treats people I've been with or others is wuthout a shred of customer service or even dignity.

super heroes of the community mostly 2 workers the boss and older lady both work very hard have fixed issues asap and always smiling I have sent many parcels from here also all over South Brisbane this post office moves packages quick before the flu now they still moving them faster than any other post offices do ! while dealing with low income high crime and drug area the stuff here cop alot for many years it's about time someone gave them a fair review not one that is made on how I'm feeling for the day as many come into this store entitled and angry! this is the same for all store on station road unfortunately definitely not the staff 100 percent return customer thank you for your service note new owner!

The young man who works for the Post Office was so nice and very polite, I should ask his name and write an appreciation letter to their head office. (╯∀╰) 16 Feb 2023

Good post office not had any problems, Logan central post office closed but Woodridge seems much better
