i am a regular customer at Mr Minit Casula Mall and have been for a few years now. I just wanted to leave a five star review as every single time I have visited Mr Minit Casula Mall I have had such amazing service by Michael who works there. No job has been too small or too big. He is always so polite and has a wonderful attitude and gives his service and time with a friendly smile. Thankyou so much Michael and Mister Minit Casula Mall.

So professional and amazing customer service! I had a poor experience earlier in the day with a different store in Carnes Hill, but this guy really made up for it. Quick and easy! Goes to show how simply being nice and professional, can go a long way. Thank you!

Excellent Service and the team are experts in their field. They take the time to help you with customised embroidery and can bring pre-loved items back to life going above and beyond. Their service time is fast and they can do rush orders if urgent. Pricing is average but they will look after you if you have bulk items or a return customer.Ive taken Designer Shoes and they have really looked after them and respected the materials even added a few extra bits to protect the leather and the soles. I love the interaction here aswell as they remember their customers and treat you well.Michael is amazing to deal and i highly suggest visiting their kiosk for any of your engraving needs!

We have been coming to Mister Minit in Casula Mall for over a decade now! The team there are always so friendly, helpful and efficient in getting the services done. Could not recommend their services enough. If I could rate them 10 stars I would!

i was recommended this place by a mate as I damaged my Subaru Remote Key Fob and couldn't get into my car. The guy assured me he could get a new Key Fob programed easily to give him 20-30 min and I didn't have to wait that long either around 10min and it was done. I would recommend this place to everyone they are very professional and fast

I love the guy who runs this place in Casula Mall. I live 45 mins away and he’s the only one I trust with my shoes. He seems genuine and all around nice guy. He gets my shoes done in a timely manner. He never over promise and always over deliver. I got my sister to start taking her shoes to him too. Pricings are reasonable - you won’t be disappointed.

I'm so glad the two other engraving/key cutting shops I went to were closed before I decided to visit Mister Minit Casula. Both the customer service and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations when I went to get some engraving done. Not only did the lettering achieve that 'wow' effect but the job was done very quickly (just had to do a bit of shopping and come back). Would highly recommend!
