The gents were great, so careful with my things, and professional in their manner and their process. Both from a customer service and on-the-day perspective, O'Briens are friendly, reliable and professional. Sounds cliche but there really is no job too big or small it seems, really happy with their service and would highly recommend. The gents even put my bedroom furniture together which was ever so helpful at a hectic time!

We have had an amazing experience with O’Briens. Ricky & his team were the best movers we have ever used, very professional, helpful & took great care packing & unpacking our furniture. Due to Covid our new house took a lot longer to be finished, resulting in our furniture having to remain in container storage for nearly 2 years. The team took great care unloading the container resulting in no damage whatsoever, not even a scratch or mark on anything. We are so thankful to the everyone we dealt with at O’Briens for looking after us so well. Very highly recommend & will definitely use again. Garry & Vicki

This is my 4th time using O'Briens removals. The team is always brilliant and make moving a whole lot less stressful. Boxes provided and collected once you have had time to unpack. Excellent service.

David and Michael were very professional and took care of the delivery of our furniture and its placement. We were though a little disappointed with some of the hired help on a few occasions as it was obvious they hadn't done this type work before as sometimes they were a bit rough with placing things and were unsure how to carefully handle boxes, etc. Damage was sustained on a coffee table, a bad scratch on a very old grandfather clock, a broken ornamental lamp shade and there is a large chip on one door frame which was caused by a metal trolley. We understand that we had a lot of items to offload and you worked very hard but we were still disappointed with some matters. But overall, well done. Michael was tremendous and quite often we heard him giving advice to the hired help on how to do things properly.

Our Family organised for O'Briens removals to move our elderly parents recently from Seaford to Mornington, my sister had previously used them and highly recommended them ! They were professional, kind and very understanding, despite it being a very difficult job ! We cannot Thank your Team enough, We would recommend this Company as they went Well Above & Beyond in all aspects of their Service !
