We hired sam to install a security camera system for us and straight off the bat sam was very courteous, polite and patient. He explained in detail why his cctv systems were better than a lot of other names. He came to our property to have a look and give us a quote, really competitive price i must admit, we booked in for thursday at 8 am, he was early, very professional, respectful of our belongings and property, he spent a good day installing the system and getting it perfect, i am so glad i chose the right person for the job. Would highly recommend him....

100% Very impressed with the 8 camera CCTV System I had installed today. Sam is very professional, does a fantastic fit off and knows his stuff. I feel so confident now with CCTV screens showing me what is going on outside my property. Great communication prior to fit off day, also teaching me how to use the app and my system was very important to me as well. By the time Sam left I felt 100% confident in using my system to it's full capacity. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sam. 100% Happy Customer.

Could not be happier with the CCTV system supplied by Falcon Security Installations last week. The cameras, equipment and cabling are of the highest quality, providing an easy to understand and perfect system.Sam was totally professional providing an honest assessment of what you receive and the price is more than competitive. Once everything is quickly set up he then takes time to thoroughly explain the computer software and mobile app. If you are looking for an affordable and high quality CCTV system then this is it. You honestly wont be disappointed.

I recently purchased a CCTV system from Falcon Security. I am thoroughly impressed with the whole system and how it works. The picture quality is excellent and the night vision is fantastic. Sam was clear and concise in explaining how the system works and connecting it to our phones. The installation was done in no time at all. I'm extremely happy with how professional Sam is and can highly recommend his work with Falcon Security.

I got to know Falcon security thru Hipages and I was lucky to have hired Sam. A few quotes from different vendors were provided to me but eventually I decided to go with Sam. He is knowledgeable in his products and explained every detail and process to me. He was very responsive to my queries and job was well done within the time frame that I needed. I had installed 5 outdoors cameras for a two-storey house. Given that it is a new house and I just shifted in, he did his best to keep the house clean while working in and out of the house. I respect his professionalism and kind understanding. Price was very reasonable for the quality of cameras and work done. I would highly recommend Sam for CCTV installation.

The hardware/software used seems to be of quite good quality - cameras, recorder and even the nice app.What I enjoyed most is his final knowledge session - he makes sure that his customers understand every minute details of the installation.Highly recommended.

Just want to let everyone know that Sam is just brilliant!!! Professional, experienced and very knowledgeable on all things in security cameras, alarms etc. pricing was reasonable and way less than most others out there, high quality system with state of the art tech especially as all you need is the app on your phone and he explains everything professionally and once you get up and running simple as that!!! Thanks Sam for your great work wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone as I wouldn't even think about going to anyone else !!!

Sam was called to advise on upgrading my CCTV. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, punctual and helpful. He explained the different types of cameras available vs quality and was able to show camera samples and the quality you could expect. His customer service is exceptional. I have Sam installed a 7x Camera CCTV system, the quality of the image/recording is good. Good service and affordable price, highly recommended. If you want online viewing the HD live video, you need a good speed internet (i.e. NBN).
