Hard to find staff to help with questions and some staff product knowledge not so great. Staff opened a card only checkout and persisted waiting at said counter even though a cash terminal was available (may not have had cash in it however could have used other till to make transactions rather than standing around)

Make sure you have enough time to spend there before you go. Few staff to help you with your inquiries. Sometimes the staff doesn’t know the product (place/isle) that you’re looking for.

I attended the store late Friday afternoon. I was the only one in the que at the time, along with a couple with a return item which a store clerk was in attendance processing. After a minute or so the que behind me grew to 6 customers wanting to check out. I am writing to compliment the male clerk who opened up the cash register and proceeded to serve me, I had misplaced my store card, however this you man made every effort to try and locate my details in the computer. The search turned out fruitless, however he created a new membership registration, treated me like l was the only customer, even though the checkout line was growing.Spotlight has a professional, polite, patient and very experienced store clerk who should be recognised for his service to the public.Thankyou young man for an amazing service experience.

The staff are great, very helpful. Trying to find prices on most products is an exercise in futility and the shelf tickets rarely align with whatever product is on the shelf. The specials signage is redundant when you don't know the original price on an item. Often have to navigate around large obstructions in the aisles.

Customer service is below standard. Team member (Angela)doesn’t know how to multitask in dealing with customer. To answer a customer’s question is only take less than 1 minute, it doesn’t take the whole 20 mins from present customer she’s serving. Management need to upgrade customer service module. The lady in the front counter is doing good job, and with a smile on her face as well.Parking is excellent though, disabled parking is very close to the entrance.

I just wasted 20 mins trying to get a pattern, because of a hand written sign placed on the pattern draw. I felt like she accused me of writing and placing the sign there. Walked out with nothing and the supervisor female who said they don't hand write signs. She needs retraining in not accusing customers,

Hell on earth. Beware of the sale signs misleading you in aisles amongst products not actually on sale. Last time I bought something I thought was on sale with no price tag was told it was $10 only to have the manager whiz by and say it was $80 despite the sale sign. On top of that, it looked like the apocalypse had come: merch everywhere and aisles sectioned off with mountains of goods. Bizarre.
