Clean, professional and organised showroom with a decent range and reasonable prices. A few negative reviews here might be if customers ordered wrong product or changed their mind but had opened the packaging. You can return or exchange as long as you haven’t opened the packaging. I highly recommend for both owner/occupiers or flippers!

If you want to purchase bathroom items with no warranty! Then certainly buy here. I will never again purchase because it’s cheap. Buy from a reputable retailer, you might pay more but it’s worth it in the long run, this place is run by amateurs , stay away !

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Very very bad experience. The boss is unreasonable and no customer relationship. First, we ordered a KDK toilet. He gave us a Torina toilet instead. Next, upon delivery, toilet seat was missing. Next, pan connector was missing. Be very careful when you ordered for he would not claim responsibility. If you attempted to return after 7 days, he would charge you extra even though he withheld information during the sale of products.All in all, a very awful experience. His goods are not the cheapest in the market (for sure) and quality is not the best. There are better stores with more competitive prices and definitely more customer oriented. He is very arrogant and do not budge even in the wrong. And the last straw he did was to call his customers bloody customers"Good luck to those who patronise!"

.We purchased a shower screen that was faulty. It was installed by our builder and it continued to leak. We replaced it with a new screen from somewhere else.We asked for a refund and he refused to give us one. He offered store credit which is useless after you have already renovated.So ignore the “Refund Policy” poster in the store because their policy doesn’t exist.Bathrooms F U.

Very friendly staff. Family owned business. A variety of taps, shower heads, basins, showers, bath and toilets. Very good pricing and good quality products.

Great range of products and good quality brand. My builder uses this store as their supplier so first time coming here to my bathwares and surprise with the range of product and quality. A first glance, they looks like non-branded as there aren't any fancy name like caroma, dorf, methven, etc.... but after a bit of googling, these are coming from well known suppliers. Haven't used the tapware yet but happy overall. The lady who serves me was very nice too, answer lot of questions that I had.

The team offer great customer service and Do has great ideas for bathroom layouts.Their range of vanities and tapware is excellent and we've bought a beautiful matte black vanity and matching shower with matte black frame which will look amazing when installed.It's always nice to visit family operated businesses who enjoy what they do!Thank you so much.Chriss & Mark

Their products look great and the prices were really good but got badly burnt as they delivered the vanity unit which had a crack in the marble top. This could not be noticed through the packaging. Only noticed it when we went to install it. Would not take it back and said there was no warranty. Better to buy from reputable outlets - A case of penny wise pound foolish!
