Professional customer service I experienced in both stores Town Hall and at Castle Towers. Friendly staffs and helpful. Experience staff m. I also like the style very unique only the price a bit too much.

What can I say… we bought pyjama pants that ripped the second time my daughter put them on. I brought it in for an exchange and the head office without even properly checking for any fault in the material refused it. My email has been ignored, when I called to asked for official report I have been told that my email has been in a spam folder and the manager who had made decision is on holidays! I’m waiting for the official response and going to take it further. Please if anyone had a similar situation to reach out.

My boyfriend took me here the fifth time yesterday and it was the first time I tried anything on. We both loved the way the clothes looked on so of course we bought them haha. Lovely service, they take the time you get to know you even to the simplest of things as asking your name and actually making conversation with you unlike most retail shops. Great style and quality clothing. Love the zip pay system. Expensive but absolutely worth, it is pin up and vintage after all. Love it love it love it.

Visited this store during the Boxing Day sales, and whilst the clothing was, as always, beautiful, the staff were quite disappointing; spending most of their time whilst I was there either complaining about other customers to each other while we waited for help, and offering no alternatives or sympathy when a garment I liked didn’t fit, just immediately rushing me to hand it over for another customer to try who had requested it. They clearly only cared about the customers they thought would spend the most money, which made for quite a disappointing experience.

Management really bad. They play with people expectations and don’t care.I received several emails in the past week saying i have a gift card to spend.when we i made all my way to the store they just told me it was a mistake from head office and it was sent to several people by error, knowing this they don’t even correct the error. Not caring about people’s feelings and time. And it is the second problem I experienced with them. Really disappointed besides how much I like their products

I love visiting Kitten D'Amour. It's like taking a step back in time to when staff actually styled you and helped put together an outfit. The clothes are like nothing else I have seen - beautiful detail and design. As beautiful as the clothes are, the staff are just as beautiful. They are always happy to go the extra mile and I always walk away with a smile on my face.

For many years I loved the clothes here but they are extremely overpriced and the staff let the whole brand down. I’ve attended all three stores in Sydney on multiple occasions but now refuse to go in. I will only buy online or from the buy, swap and sell page, because the staff make it so painful to be in the store. Some staff are better than others but overall they are pushy and over the top, scripted and driven by sales. Many times I’ve been in the change room and the staff member will force their way in and demand to see the outfit on me (even though I’ve made it clear I’m still in the middle of getting dressed). I was constantly pressured to spend more and more money. I explained I do like the matching accessories but unfortunately I only have the money for the dress. This was met with attitude. These experiences were not one off but happened on multiple occasions. I have raised these concerns many times with the brand but it is never taken seriously. It is always dismissed as giving the client the ultimate attention and shopping experience. However, sometimes shoppers just want the basics like some space and time to make their own decisions.

What a Kitten service! I loved my experience here.The lady was friendly, helpful and overall LOVELY!I'm obsessed with the dress I decided on!
