If I could give them 0 stars I would. Extremely rude lady at counter treated us like criminals when we asked to use the toilets despite buying items from their shop. Insisted the toilets are only for people purchasing fuel.

08/03/2023 06:50PM,I try to fuel my car from here and the shopkeeper didn't release fuel for me and he asked me to come to counter and when I meet he said I need to pay for the fuel in advance and I asked him this is for the first time I am hearing this and then he said this rule is same for last 2 years here and then I said to him that I need to do full tank and he asked to give him either my car key or phone. As I am running out of fuel I agreed to that and gave my phone. When I cam out all others were fueling car. This is morethan a descrimination.

30 minutes at door to be served, rang store phone multiple times before attendant registered anyone was there. No apology, attendant was rude.

Only giving one star because I'm unable to leave no stars.I find it very disgusting that your made to feel like a criminal when your filling up your car at 7am and you have to leave your card at the counter. I understand this during the night and when staff are alone but come on when people are on the way to work and two staff members are on this is a bit of a joke.The two people behind the counter were like zombies couldn't get a word out of them, maybe you should get self service saves paying staff? Not only was their no service the wait was beyond a joke!Will never ever return to this service station again.

Absolutely terrible. Was treated like a criminal for the prepay even though I have been going there for years. I even show my fuel card which has BP on the card. Found the attendant rude, but not to worry, the Mobil across the road will now love my business. Don’t put up with rude staff.

Old lady at the counter was somewhat grumpy but not really my main gripe - the whinge is really the $15 that I paid for an “ultimate” wash and the car is still covered with yellow spot stains
