I haven’t had a treatment here yet but I have been in to buy skin products and the staff are always super helpful and give me lots of samples to try as well. The salon looks very inviting and super clean.

My skin angels reside here. The wonderful team has been treating me to facials for over a year, using the most luxurious products. I always leave feeling zen, and have seen a lot of improvement in my complexion. Their prices are more than reasonable considering the care and time taken.

FACIAL HEAVEN!Kellie and the Skin Deep team are masters at what they do. Best mani/pedi in Melbourne without doubt. But for me, I’m there for facial heaven. They do amazing skin treatments and just so relaxing! Highly recommend.

The absolutely BEST waxing I've ever experienced. I've been going here for 2 years and wouldn't go anywhere else to get my waxing done. Kellie is really really great at what she does, thorough and quick, and she's lovely to chat to as well :) I've also had a few facials which were all great. I was always advised properly on skin care and make up products. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The team here are very friendly and professional and the location is excellent for anyone living/working in the CBD. The online booking process is convenient and the waxing was carried out painlessly and quickly - would definitely recommend!

Staff was nice and polite.I’m a bit disappointed because I paid for ampoule and peel facial which according to the website it’s a deep cleaning but I did not get any extraction (what I was looking for) and the girl at the counter said that I had to make a note before the appointment to get the extraction. It was my first time and I didn’t knew about this. Anyway, good facial.
