Told Peter Callis that we could only afford to spend $250,000, so he told Trudy to show us 2 dumps and then show us a house that was on the market for $320,000!!!Trudy guaranteed we could get into this overpriced house within the next 5 weeks as I had an operation due in 6 weeks, however she didn't put this in the contract.Because it wasn't in the contract and apparently the vendors lied to Trudy, we didn't end up getting into the house until 6 DAYS before my operation.The vendors were awkward and made us jump through numerous unrealistic hoops, yet they were the only ones Trudy seemed to be interested in protecting through the whole process.Trudy also lied when she said there was a clothesline on the property, there wasn't.No blinds, curtains or a television aerial.It's just more things that had to be paid for to make it a proper house!It was the only house on the street that wasn't connected to the NBN, took months for that to be rectified.Never would've signed the contract for a $295,000 house had we known that we were being tricked into buying an unfinished house with scratched windows and faulty plumbing in the back yard.Don't bother employing Trudy's suggested building inspector either, he never noticed any of these issues.After paying to fix everything that wasn't in the building inspection report, we can't afford to replace the substandard plastic bathroom fixtures. That will have to wait until we finish paying for this overpriced joke.New built house with no termite treatment and the vendors refused to pay for it, so Peter Callis did pay for the termite treatment, but I'm guessing it was only to get rid of the house.Oh and thanks for it being so filthy that the multiple scratched and vandalised windows weren't noticed by us until they were cleaned, and were just another problem not picked up by Trudy's suggested building inspector!!!
