We love living here with everything at our fingertips. Our property manager Clare & the team have gone above & beyond their job title during & after working hours. We couldn’t be happier working with the team in renting our unit for over 1 year now. Coming from a real estate position myself I’ve seen it all & can only thank the team for making our rental home a great place to live. I cannot recommend the Team at Riverside Hamilton enough. Lara and Chelsie are totally customer oriented and they really care! So hard to find in this 'me, me, me, everything is about me' world. And they are always so prompt in responding to a request - nothing is too much trouble. What's more, they are not strict 'only business hours' people if/when you really need help. Most importantly, (if you're an owner), behind that friendly, helpful demeanour, they can be tough when the situation demands. Give them a go at managing your property!

Have rented in Riverside Hamilton for past 17mths. The rental management team have always been helpful and professional when dealing with tenants. Lara and Chelsie are happy to assist with any inquiries and arrange for tradesmen to attend to necessary work when required.I've enjoyed my time in these apartments and will not be moving in the near future.

Living at Riverside is so convenient the building is well maintained and has positive and friendly residents I would highly recommend living here.

I have lived at Riverside Hamilton for the past 4 years. I very much enjoy living here; and one of the main reasons I do, is that I have always found the Property Management team to be professional and very helpful. Clare, who is the Building Manager, is the best Property/Building Manager I have known within the industry. She is highly experienced in her field. She is open, friendly and welcoming. She is always available to assist with requests or queries. I have found her to be incredibly efficient. When I have requested anything of her, she has actioned it without delay. Kim, who is her assistant, is also always pleasant and cheerful to deal with. Like Clare, she is always on-hand to help and assist, with a smile and a chat. The management team is the main reason that Riverside Hamilton runs so smoothly and efficiently and makes it a great place to live.

Very Unprofessional, Over the year and a bit that I’ve lived here a number of managers have been an gong, sadly the current manager/management hasn't bought any professionalism whatsoever.Shirley Tottle is quite rude and dismissive, unfortunately I’ve never had a pleasant encounter with her.

Management will not care if they have inconvenienced you by having only 1 lift available. For 3 months, just use the fire stairs if you need to move out.... @@

The building management team here at Riverside Hamilton are excellent. Clare and Kim are friendly, polite and eager to assist with any queries we have. Their friendly attitude and willingness to help has made our move to Hamilton so easy.

My partner & I absolutely love living here at Riverside Hamilton. Our property manager Clare treats everyone like royalty & has always gone above & beyond for us, the location & apartment itself are fantastic though what really makes this place special is the team! Thank-you for being the greatest property manager we’ve ever had!!!

I stayed at the Riverside Hamilton apartments for a year. Susan and the team were exceptional. The apartments and common areas are well kept and the management team always kept residents informed of planned building maintenance & cleaning and local community events.
