Excellent service. Understanding of our sons special needs and attended to the repair asap. Was clear and the shoes were not only perfectly repaired but cleaned up and looked liked new.Cannot recommend highly enough. We are most grateful and appreciative. Better than anyone else locally.

I went to Shoe express due to a central jewellery store called Maker's Galleria the old guy there rudely said he couldn’t fix my earrings and practically threw them at me, I would suggest to never go there I told my daughter what had happened she had mentioned to try a key cutting shoe repairer so I went to Shoe express and was surprised that Chris the owner had told me that he is able to repair my earrings and the cost was very reasonable.Chris made me very happy that he was willing to repair them and he did a wonderful repair on them so if anyone that needs their jewellery repaired go and see Chris at Shoe express you won’t be disappointed.Thanks again Chris I’ll definitely be using you for all my future jewellery needs.

I wanted a duplicate key+remote for my Ford Focus. A shiny new key with the remote function was quickly cloned. Chris was kind enough to walk all the way to my car and test all the functions including starting the engine, everything worked fine.The next morning I wanted to open the hood and realised it wouldn't open as it was locked, thanks, Ford. Somehow the key didn't unlock the hood and we also forgot to test this lock earlier. Without a second thought, I went straight back to Chris, and he immediately addressed the problem not only that he was happy to walk all the way to my car and test if everything was ok for the second time. As a courtesy, I would suggest parking somewhere near Target if you want any automotive key services.Very impressed by their professionalism and service, the new key comes with a lifetime warranty and 2 years on a battery, what else to ask?

Awesome work and on the spot service. I was so impressed withShoe Express today. Within 15 minutes he had beautifully hand engraved the six names of my grandchildren onto my pendant. Chris made the impossible possible!I brought in my grandfathers watch to be restored as best it could be in hope to wear it on my wedding day.Chris used upmost care and skills to clean and could even make the watch tick again.He was happy to see how happy I was and very passionate about his work.
