Was served by a young bloke who upheld the highest level of professionalism, was calm and happy to offer advice. Considering it's the busiest time of the year when stacks of Karens are out and about looking to complain, he showed nothing but happiness and patience. Much appreciated!

Bought a bracelet here for my wife and its broken twice in just a couple of months, my wife went in the second time to sort out the issue with the bracelet but didn’t have the paperwork as I had it cause I bought it for her. I took a photo of the paperwork for them and sent to my wife to prove it was her bracelet etc and even that wasn’t good enough til the manager stepped in. I had a similar experience the very first time I took it back under warranty, its always a hassle. Will never buy here again and will recommend other jewelers.

If you are looking for customer service, don't go here! The manager, Ruth, is extremely unhelpful and did not care for faulty product return. Will make sure I only shop at the competitor, Pandora, as the customer service is amazing every single time. Regret spending any money at this Goldmark!
