Park One Apartments

Resident car park is a nightmare to get into the second gate, key access is difficult! The building is very loud, always hear sirens, alarms, leaf blowers early in the morning and it drove me crazy for 1 year! A lot of people have parties which are loud as well!The apartments are built nicely, but not much storage! The lifts also take forever in this building!

Location is good, but too many people, also noisy students down the hall having parties every Friday night and my pregnant wife needs her sleep. Time will tell if construction will hold up, there are water stains on the roof in parking. Since builder went into receivership you might way to investigate sinking fund if you are thinking of buying. p.s. all the 5 star reviews you see here are real estate agents btw.

Apartments were cramped and not very spacious, not enough storage/cupboard space. Fire alarm goes off every second day & most of the time they’re false alarms. Had to pay for a parking spot..& there’s no street parking. Extremely noisy on weekends- people playing karaoke almost every night... Not a homey vibe and regretted 1 year of living here. Will DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND.

I was concerned about the ICON who is the builder of this building who is the builder of OPAL TOWER. So I spent heaps of time to investigate and compare the security and quality of this project with OPAL TOWER. Here are some points I concluded: We can't blame ICON for OPAL TOWER's failure, as OPAL TOWER has its structral and design issues: 1. it's too height 36 levels with hollow-out structure (increase strain and stress of the frame, designer's responsibilities); 2. it's built on Wetland geological condition (refilled wetland of paramatta river), which results in geological subsidence; 3. it's based on 3-face design (only 3 points supporting the frame, so one of them fails the building will collapse). For this project, I can't see any of these hidden factors.

I have lived almost 2 years in this building, and am very satisfied with settling down here. Very convenient, friendly neighborhoods and well maintained.

Nice apartment but poor experience with the building managers. They are overly enthusiatic about threatening residents with fines and escalating issues to strata. We have never experienced such militant behaviours from any other building managers in the various apartment complexes we have resided in across Sydney. Anticipate incessant bullying from them once you become their target...

Very noisy area as its positioned in the commercial district with lots of businesses , each morning you are blasted with leaf blowers. Large compressor fans from nearby business/companies.Very good location with lots of public transport. Amazing views if you are facing the harbour. Building managers are excellent.

Excellent apartment. Great design. The finishes are very modern. Location and apartment amentities are excellent too. The level 19 rooftop offers amazing views.

Such good quality apartment. Building managers are by far the best I've dealt with so far, some reviews here saying it's noisy but I'm on 13th floor and I don't have any noise from where I am. Park One IS the best quality apartment in Macquarie Park by far.
