A lot of hit and misses with this store, just like anywhere you go. This trip I was angry at the amount of broken items on the shelves, the flat, unwelcoming attitude of staff and that at the check out, the girl saw I had two full shopping baskets, started scanning stuff, then asked if I wanted a bag, which I replied yes, and then she started scanning stuff she had already scanned and had to then remove before putting item in the bag. I will shop there again though as it does have some good stuff and worth it, sometimes.

I love the Reject Shop it has everything under 1 shop the prizes are great and a lot of the product are below cost but not cheap looking it's fantastic You have to go

the store itself is ok.. but each time ive visited the staff experience has been less than acceptable.. ive been served by 3 different staff members over the last few months .. all just not interested.. not willing to assist on enquiries..and even over counter experience was not friendly.. dark headed woman around 40s clearly dosnt enjoy her job and ive never had a smile or warm greeting from her on any occasion.. some people just shouldn't be in customer service
